During breakfast there where not enough tea mugs around. We got a class without any suggestion how to hold it. Asking for another one got the answer that they where all dirty. More important the electric socket on the night stand is on the table itself, build in. So when you spoil something on it, it will run into the socket or phone, which it did. It got some smoke out of the socket. The phone didn't work after that and not even the day after so no action taken on it. Dangerous for the pri

Very nice hotel

This Hotel is wonderful for a family that wants a nice vacation in Amsterdam, itâ™s very clean, comfortable, has very good location from the museum and the city center, the staffs are very nice people, and it has modern furniture. I recommend it to any family .The price is a little expensive but everything in Amsterdam is like that.

very nice stay, the Deluxe room was worth for that price

Great location, helpful stuff - added a baby cot upon our request immediately. Really big room compared to some other rooms in Amsterdam. The size of the Deluxe room was enough for us and our 9 month old baby. All the other benefits of the Deluxe room were worth for the upgrade ;)

Excellent location and reasonable price compared to other options. (I don\'t say cheap. Amsterdam is an expensive city, bad value for food and accomodation!)

Long queue at checkout at 11.30am and only one staff processing departing guests. Other staff saw the problem but ignored it.

Location. Hotel has very reasonable phone rates to the United States.

No air conditioning, room was very stuffy. Hotel does provide a fan on request. Room is showing wear and tear. No flat sheet, just a comforter

the room was clean and there was enought space for a standard room.

at the recepion of the room, we spoke with a girl at the reception; but the girl was not really friendly and she spoke too much fastly to be really understable. She did\'nt make some efforts to explain some details about garanty...

I must say i thought the other reviews were a bit harsh on this hotel,myself and 3 friends booked the quad room which was downstairs and had more than enough space for the 4 of us,the room was clean,the bed sheets were also very clean as was the shower/bathroom,the rooms were cleaned daily and extra towels were left which i thought was a good touch since there was 4 of us.Excellent location plus everything you need within 5 mins of the hotel.I\'ll defo be booking this hotel again.

The only thing i can think of is the room was a bit stuffy at night even with the window open,i could put that down to there being 4 of us but a bit of air con would have went down a treat for a good nights sleep.Plus flat pillows(but thats just me).

our room was underground and our window opened onto an underground area with windows from other rooms, so when our neighbors smoked, we could smell it- only a slight minus

Situation idéale à proximité du marché aux fleurs, du quartier des musées et de la place Leidseplein (bars, restaurants, Casino, etc.). Chambres correctes, propres. Bon rapport qualité-prix en comparaison des autres hôtels proposés, sachant que tout est très cher à Amsterdam.

Eviter les chambres en façade, la rue est vraiment très bruyante. Accueil correct, sans plus.
