The walls in the breakfast room and guest rooms are embellished with wallpaper featuring works of Van Gogh. You can admire the real paintings in the nearby Van Gogh Museum, which honours the famous painter. Mattress extremely uncomfortable. We woke up with back pain (different biotypes).We do not rest. The card already accepted as No Show guarantee was refused by the receptionist at check-in (for being a Master Card Travel Money International). He invites the guest to go to an ATM and bring the value in cash. That was enough. After a long journey to be greeted with arrogance. Luckily I was carrying money with me, enough to overcome the lack of hotel preparation, they should contact MasterC

The location was perfect. The room has an adequate size and the bathroom facilities are very good. TV, Wifi worked and people at the reception desk were polite and friendly.

The hotel is located in a touristic area and have easy access to many museums, literally 1 minute to Van Gogh and Diamond museums. Also easy access to the entertainment area Leidseplein.
Affordable breakfast!
Hotel staff don't bother to change the sheets and pillow covers even when you are staying there for a week and the sheets not only are dirty but torn. They don't wash the glasses and mugs also. Thank god they emptied the trash bins.

The windows in the rooms can not be opened. No fresh air! The rooms are very small. Storage for luggage is extremely small and not secure. Personnel not very friendly.

Internet really fast and stable. Decent sound-isolation (maybe also because I was on the top floor). Good shower.
Internet only for computers, not mobile devices (security is handled in browser session, Android could not load the page). Last day, towels had holes and tears. Foam mattresses.
