Spa facilities were amazing.

Rustig, proper en vriendlijk

Het hotel was zeer proper, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Het ontbijt had alles wat er moest zijn. De wellness is fanatsch mooi We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Het is geen goedkoop hotel en op baddagen is de welbeschouwd behoorlijk druk.

Spa Zuiver Day

The hot stone massages were excellent. The gym facilities were above average was also good to have multiple punch bags accessible. Nice relaxing surrounding area.

The information around non-swimwear days could of been made clearer when booking the hotel. TV was old and there was no fridge. The hotel rooms could do with a little more modernisation. Two single beds pushed together is not comfortable.

Lovely stay outside town center

The spa is not talked up enough Also they should be more clear about hours and access when you register, but assuming it s not closed you have SO much to utilize from outdoor warming tubs to beautiful Finnish saunas.

Bed was two pushed together, with a huge and noticeable gap in between that was not resolved by trying to move the mattresses closer. Please consider adding mattress toppers for couples staying in the hotel (the likeliest use of a single room ).

“My tip: This is not close to town, so be prepared to have an early dinner, or to pay for an Uber. At least 1km walk to a bus or tram. Nice for a quiet vacation if you don t want to be in town center every evening.”

L hotel spa était merveilleux. J ai eu l impression d etre dans un reve. C est dommage qu en France, nous n ayons pas d établissement comme celui ci.

j ai préféré la journée sans maillot. les personnes étaient beaucoup plus calme et respectueuses. C est dommage de garder son maillot pour se laver et dans les saunas le mardi et le jeudi alors que les gens sont habitués à se laver nu. Où est l hygiène si deux jours par semaine, les gens ne se lavent pas entièrement avant d enter dans l eau.

“My tip: We bought a public transport 48 hour pass but didn t apply to the buses nearby. Does work for the tram,though,but you have to walk a bit further to get to it. Still worth getting as although the hotel is in a nice setting, we did not find many other amenities nearby”

Although the staff were extremely pleasant, the hotel itself has poor services for a tourist - no coffeee/tea/minibar/fridge in room; no tourist information at front desk; no information offered by reception about the facilities at the complex; breakfast cost 12.50 euros whether you have everything eg. bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt etc or just a bowl of fruit and coffee. Advertised as a spa, but the hotel is actually a room in a part of the sports (tennis) complex not the spa. Lovely bathroom, but only two small hooks to hang towels/bathrobes on, and no towel rail anywhere else in room.

Spa & sports in a beautiful nature setting close to central Amsterdam

Quiet setting at the large Amsterdam Bos (forest). Excellent indoor and outdoor tennis facilities, squash, large fitness center. Comfortable stroll to bus lines 170 & 172 that take you downtown in 15-20 minutes. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Cafeteria also serves a nice selection of local beers.

Not specific to this hotel, but in general: if you need a cab to and from the airport because you don't want to wheel heavy luggage 500 m to the bus stop, even the short trip (11 km) will set you back close to $50 each way.

Goede en rustige ligging.

Kamer wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt (pas ná vertrek van 5 dagen). Bed wordt ook niet verschoont na 5 dagen. In kamer is niet afdoende shampoo en zeep voorhanden als je 2 x op een dag wil douchen.

over all a nice place ...a little bit to far from the central Amsterdam

The people from front desk were clueless about giveing some informations about the city ,about how to get to the airport by public transportation. The hosekeeping never during my stay vacummed the room. I think hotel need to improve in this matters
