Bed & Breakfast De Tien Erven is established in the back of part of an old farm, which dates from around 1900. De Tien Erven has two rooms with a private entrance and a shared patio with a view of the meadows. Take a seat here in the morning and enjoy your breakfast at leisure. Perhaps you'll even spot a hare or other game in the distance. You can also combine your stay in this rural setting with a trip to the small and pleasant city of Assen.
The rooms are very light and spacious and come with a double bed, a wardrobe, a breakfast table, a television and a radio. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower.
Surroundings
Bed & Breakfast De Tien Erven lies just south of Assen, near the TT Circuit. The many walking and cycling paths in the area offer you the opportunity to enjoy an abundance of flora and fauna in the province of Drenthe. Within 250 metres of B&B De Tien Erven you'll encounter the recreational area of Baggelhuizenplas. This scenic area offers a swimming lake, a fish pond and woods. A trip to the Drents Museum in Assen, with its major international exhibitions, is also highly recommended.

Large room, very large bathroom with nice walk-in shower, gentle owner, good breakfast.
Some improvements needed there was no soap at the water-bassin, no soap or shampoo for the shower, no shelves whatsoever in the shower to deposit our (own) shampoo and shower gel, the ceiling of the entrance to the kitchen was full of flies, the locks of the entrance and of the room are difficult to open with the key, an intercom would be useful to contact the owner (they live in the same farmer-building) in case of need, room can only be paid in cash which is a severe limitation.
