Staff generally friendly
Parking no marked bays. More parking taken up than places. Parking is charged. Park-paid guests no guaranteed place. Gin Tonic, served w o ice, no ice available. Ice outsourced, no delivery that day. First time I stay in hotel without ice making facility. Breakfast no service orientated approach. e.g. the coffee machines were troublesome at times creating ques. Breakfast sausage was some days missing in spite of Marked card at buffet. Or.Juice watery below standard. Keycard did not work
“My tip: Manage parking better. At breakfast time staff should have some jugs ready to avoid guests waiting at the machine. 4-star hotel must have ice making faclility. Reception should be manned at all time also for security and guest service. ”

Ligging van hotel en ontbijt was goed.
We verbleven in bijgebouw, zeer armoedig, zeker geen 4 sterren waardig. Gehorige, benauwde kamer. Elektronische sleutel werkte niet, moest dus steeds iemand van de receptie mee om ons binnen te laten. 179 euro en 5 euro parkeergeld voor een nacht, niet in verhouding met kwaliteit.
