Close to the different destinations we should visit and the perfect location of the hotel. Friendly hotel personal and very good services.

Very kind personnel, nice rooms.

We would have liked a separate shower in our bathroom for physical reasons.

Het ontbijt is lekker, de bad douche is prima personeel is vriendelijk, de lokatie is erg mooi en de koffie lekker.

Dat ze je kamer al willen schoonmaken terwijl je er nog niet uit bent. de matrassen zijn verouderd liggen door, de kamerinrichting gedateerd en de tv verouderd slecht beeld weinig zenders.

Nice and pleasant hotel, with surprisingly different interior decor, spacious and nice reception area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was with plenty of everything to choose from. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and being a very picky person in that area, I was more than satisfied. We also appreciated that it was optional where whe wanted to have our room: downstairs with a patio or on first floor with balcony, thank you for that!

There was'nt any elevator to the first floor room section, that would have been nice, according to luggage.

Wok in Vuur en Wlam in Almelo and SensAsia in Hengelo are two great all incl. chineese/japaneese restaurants with all you can eat buffet of sushi and oriental food, soft drinks, juice, salads and desserts, Awesome! And also Steakhouse Goody's in Enschede was very nice!”

Great family stay at perfect location

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, both at reception and in the bar/restaurant area. Brilliant location, lovely facilities. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms would be very welcome.

breakfast was good, activities were good. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

the location of the resort was nice but rather hard to find. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice service. The hotel looks a little tired in places (carpets) for a four star hotel!

Need to update rooms...

Good location to bike and go for walks. Breakfast was good.

Floor was dirty, many spots on it; no a/c and no fan, the room was very stuffy. When you opened the door to get some air, the flies would come in your room. Pillows uncomfortable, bed very low, hard to get out of. TV was old, need flat screen tv's mounted on wall; hairdryer very weak, need stronger hairdryers; need new carpet and update room in general.

The rustic charm of the outside is sadly missing inside

Calm location amongst the woods. Easy to access university or Enschede city centre from here.

It considers itself a designer hotel, but unfortunately it needs a face lift. The rooms look quite dated.

The service and hotel was very good, the hotel was set in wooded area with facilities for walking and cycling. Food was very good.

The pool was large but no other facility available without paying additional fee, eg; sauna, jucuzzi

Excellent place to relax with children

- Excellent breakfast with several choices of healthy breads, delicious yogurt. Special attention to children is very appreciated. - Coated wooden floor in the bathroom and in the wellness centre is very hygenic and comfortable. - We had a very pleasant walk in the beautiful surrounding with our child who enjoyed the playground very much. She also picked up lots of fallen chestnuts in the hotel\'s park.

We arrived late after a 3hr drive, the only aspect the person from the hotel was interested in was my payment. He could not retrieve my booking information.

High quality Set Menu and Food excellent. Congratulations to Chef and Waitress. Cleanliness and cleaning of Pool facilties good. Turning off Room Power is positive, however, please note below.

Check In Staff had an unfriendly attitude. Room obviously not cleaned properly in that we found an old pair of socks under the bed, plus, there were cobwebs around the desk. A point of interest, when turning off the Room Power this cust off the Radio Clock, this then requires resetting each time, a nuisance.
