    Perfect for stopover

Warm welcome, good and attentive service in restaurant. Bedrooms in separate building provide opportunity for exercise after good meal breakfast. Hotel quiet despite short distance from motorway.

Bedrooms in separate building mean having to go out in all weathers for evening meal or breakfast.

“My tip: When hotel restaurant closed (Sunday), there is another good and cosy restaurant five minutes away by car.”

    Lovely hotel, good location

Friendly, helpful staff, clean pleasant room with door to the garden and fabulous breakfast Could hire bikes for really cheap price from the hotel. Couldn t really fault it.

“My tip: Cycling distance to Rucphen Ski Dome where you can do ice karting, skiing and snow boarding. Lovely countryside and easy access to Breda and Roosendaal. Pretty countryside for cycling and sightseeing.”

Hope to come to stay again

Front desk staff were really great Lovely location right on the bicycle trails - wish I had had my bicycle Room was big enough to be comfortable, unlike some. Breakfast was nice.

Old foam carpet raised some questions. Hardness of cement underneath not so conducive to in-room exercise.

“My tip: Bring a bicycle. There is a nice bicycle storage area out in front.”

Cold at night . No additional blanket . No efficient heating in the room due to the curtain during the night

Go in the wind with the safe

Everything that was not negative and the parking.

Everything that was not positive. The disgusting smell in the common parts, the lift with no interphone (when you are lost between two floors) and the handy safe witch was not fixed somewhere.

    “My tip: Restaurant MORIANN, Tongerplein, 91, 4701 ROOSENDAAL T. 31 (0)165 55 55 65 which was really unforgetable. ”

We liked the spacious and light room as well as the quiet surroundings. Service was excellent. Dinner in the restaurant and service were high standard. The hotel is conviently located to visit Breda, Bergen op Zoom, Willemstad, ...

“My tip: Indicate that the sauna wellness center is minimal and needs to be reserved ahead. ”

very memorable stay surrounded by beautiful nature

Very clean, large attractive rooms, well ventilated and stocked with coffee and fridge convenience. Breakfast and dinner were very well presented and of excellent quality.

    stay was too short

“My tip: Must see attraction is the Zundert Corso, first Sunday of September.”

Friendly people, but hotel itself separated from charming main house

Very friendly reception Clean and spacious rooms

Rather poor breakfast Misleading picture of hotel. Looks like old Dutch mansion house on the prospects, but hotel rooms are outside of the building in a modern, uninspiring complex next to the building.

    Affordable quality

Very very nice Breakfast, good service at the bar

As the rooms are well away from the main building it must be very uncomfortable for guests when going to the restaurant when it is raining

    A warm welcome

Good friendly service, lovely breakfast in the beautiful chapel room. Nice bar and very big rooms with modern bathroom. Minibar prices were reasonable (not the hyper inflated ones you usually get) Recommended - would stay again

Decor a little dated, but very clean.
