Hotel
The detached hotel-homes are fully-fitted, well-insulated homes and therefore suitable for every season. Each house is modern and comfortably furnished with kingsize beds, a seating area and a dining table, which looks out onto the greenery. There is a clean bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each house has tea and coffee making facilities, a well-stocked refrigerator and a television.
The homes are situated near each other, yet each house has sufficient space. In front of the house is a small patio, which can be accessed by the French doors. You certainly won´t tire easily of the beautiful Groningen countryside of Westerwolde. Here, you can enjoy a typical Dutch landscape with meadows, windmills and farms. In the vicinity are stunning walking and cycling routes, and further information can be obtained at the hotel.
Surroundings
A visit to the beautiful fortress town of Bourtange is something you definitely should not miss, especially as a guest of Restinn Bourtagne. In 1992, the town´s fortifications were restored to as they were many centuries ago in 1593. Many events are regularly held in Bourtange, such as replicated fights from the days of Napoleon. You can enjoy boat trips in the watery landscape, perhaps in a canoe or on a motorboat. You can also hire a horse as well as GPS at the stables of Sprong over het Veen, and explore the beautiful and vast Westerwolde landscape. A particularly special thing to do is to take a trip by hot air balloon. A hire company at Ter Apel organises stunning balloon trips across this region.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is served daily in your own hotel home by the hostess. You can order a packed lunch for on the road (at a surcharge). Plus you won't even need to leave your home for a delicious dinner. On request, the friendly hostess will serve a delicious two or three-course dinner. The time of dinner can be agreed in consultation with the hostess. You'll have a choice of various meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes and matching wines. What's more, the mini-bar is stocked with a selection of drinks, snacks and sweets.

The small house has everything you need. there is a small terace in front with a nice open view. the breakfast was nice end not expesive.
The bed is very good but it 39 s a twinbed. a double matrass topper would make a good improvement.
