The staff was so great. Donovan was so wonderful. Good location. Quiet room

Pleasant accommodations in Bussum

Great location for public transport; staff are friendly; comfortable and clean at a reasonable price for the area. Also, the room was very quiet (on the side away from the train tracks).

The dining room was too smoky for us to take advantage of (not uncommon in Holland!)

Well worth it, due to location and staff

Location, free parking, tremendous staff every single one, especially Katja the young extremely serious gal who substituted in the day we checked out.

Room and bathroom were tiny, breakfast too expensive. I would still stay again in a heartbeat and recommend to others because of the positive points, but the these things would make the hotel from merely excellent to perfect :)

fairly good breakfast, good steak. a mini bar in a budget hotel, kind of unusual combination, close to station.

no more than necessary service, poor interior design, carbonara pasta with no visible bacon, nor egg, mediocre food apart from steak. The company's logo is annoyingly present in room/bathroom.

30 min. from Amsterdam by train. Quieter and a bit less expensive.

Very to the railway station (Bussum Zuid). Amsterdam Central is about 30 minutes away by frequent trains.

The price is just a bit lower than in Amsterdam.

Excellent breakfast.

I had to unplug the radio to have an outlet for my computer. Shower curtain was damage. More room at the working table.

Great location, close to bus and train. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive (for a light eater) but dinner (choices and price) were just fine. WIFI and free internet is a bonus for travelers. Would definitely stay again.

No laundry facilities. Probably not a concern for overnighters but for those staying longer, access to a washing machine and ironing facility would be a bonus.

Only english tv channels were news ones. Restaurant menu a bit limited. A long walk to centre of town. No bath in room, just a shower.

Good parking, Easy to find

Receptionist did not have on record that the booking was for 2 people and fro a non-smoking room. Beds very narrow.

Staff very helpful; restourant better than expected, overall I would visit again.

Fitments in bathroom were faulty and needed changing. Would have liked the option of a double room but given twin.

Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. Loved the location close to the rail station, and being walking distance from downtown Bussum. Also liked the efficient nature of the room. Just needed a place to bed down for the night, and this room entirely fit my needs and expectations.

Requested a wash cloth from the front desk, but got a response that implied no such thing had existed since the beginning of time. Seemed an odd response, since I had just switched over from the NH Jan Tabak, where wash cloths had been provided.
