Nice hotel

Very nice hotel, simple but good breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet and relaxing atmosphere

Arranged late check out on the phone but when arrived they said it was not possible.

Large clean room. Large beds, comfortable chairs. Small fridge, tea kettle, and tea. Fruit scented soap and shampoo --it smelled delicious! Complementary snacks and drinks. Excellent breakfast! We had to leave very early our last morning there, and they packed us a wonderful breakfast. Free parking. Bike rental option. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and bus connection is not very good. 30 minutes free internet in the lobby, or 10 euros for 24 hours (Free internet in the room would be nice).

Great value for money. The location is decent espeically if you have a car and you don't need to be in the city center. Prins Alexandrium mall is within 10 min walking distance for the shopping buffs. The room was good and clean. The breakfast is ok but there is scope for improvement in terms of service.

Around 15 minutes form the nearest subway/railway station and then ~20minutes to get to the centre by subway.

When I arrived last sunday around 13.30h after a +12h travel they insisted on charging me 2h extra (Extra checkin charge) while the hotel was empty. I have never seen that before, for me this is a step to far. It is just not worth the money.

Very comfortable, well priced!

We were upgraded and enjoyed the dressing gowns, stocked mini bar ect. There was also a place just outside the lift with fruit, sweets ect. As we were leaving early before breakfast were we able to have orange juice and croisants from this trolly which were most welcome! Easy access to the A20 and not far from Alexander station and shopping centre.

We missed seeing the sign for the hotel.

Nice hotel

Good variety of choices from the breakfast buffet although it could be a bit cheaper. Cot and change mat supplied in our room and high chairs available at breakfast with childrens choices of food and plastic plates/cutlery.

A little way out of the city centre so not much to do around the hotel but there is a shopping centre and train station only about a 10 minute walk away with regular trains into Rotterdam.

There should be extra towels in the room when there is more than one person, also the toiletries should be replenished daily espcially if requested. The fridge is full of products that are not desirable leaving little or no space for the guests personal preferences. Maybe provide a basquet where the unwanted products can be deposited, so the fridge can be used.

Having to pay for internet access seems a bit out of date....US hotels have free access.

For the ¤59 per night I paid It was Excellent value. Room quality was excellent. Chocs on pillows nice touch.

Location is not very attractive but is close to main road to Rotterdam. Major downpoint was the Very bad service in the bar/restaurant. For some reason the restaurant was not open so the bar was the only place to get food. The one person on the bar was not able to cope with the orders for the food and hence the evenings meal was full of mistakes and delays. And to top it all the limited choice of menu means you pay just under ¤40 for 3 courses. So yes Stay here, its really good, but avoid eating here unless you have to. If the food price quality and service improve then this would be close to 10/10 hotel.

A little to far from everything.

Clean, reliable and good breakfast although it took some time to replenish the empty plates after a coach of elderlies had had a go. The hotel is ideally situated for us. The parking space is perfect.

Very easy to find and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.
