Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast, great location, fantastic décor.

Unfortunately the restaurant service was a total fiasco on the night we were there. The food was great once it arrived.

Excellent large rooms and very comfortable beds

The rooms are a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was excellent quality. The food in the restaurant was delicious and cooked perfectly. Excellent quality. One of the female service staff saved the night by taking over from the waiter who had been assigned to serve our table was incapable of doing his job proficiently.Waitress removed cost of drinks from our bill due to the lack of good service.

We were left sitting for over 30 mins before our order for drinks and food was taken. We then waited another 20 mins before any drinks were served to the table and another 10 mins before all drinks were served. One of our group had to return her drink to the bar as she was given a sweet spanish wine and not the cote du rhone that she had ordered. This mistake happened again during our next order of drinks.

Great price for our Internet booking. Nothing but quality throughout,

The hotel was very luxury and this was obvious as soon as you walked through the doors. The staff were very friendly and helped us at all times. Particularly the receptionist who welcomed us at 0200. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bathroom was amazing with a brilliant shower to relax in after a long travel. Over all a brilliant experience and a lovely stay.

Location. This was a personal view as we did not want to drive. Cuijk train station was a 40 minute walk and a taxi from Nijmegen back to the hotel was 40 after some haggling. As I said, this is a personal view as we were drinking and couldn t drive.

Three comfortable nights

Large, comfortable and quiet rooms. Easy parking and good breakfast. A lot of space and... a couple of ducks strollong along my window.

Air conditionning cannot be turned down in this room.

when I booked online Iwas told to call the hotel if I was arriving after 6pm it was difficult to work out the number then after being put on hold once by the booking company and then twice the same by the hotel in total for around ten minutes I gave up. When at the hotel they said that it did not matter and I needn't have bothered phoning. What a waiste of a ten minure phone call and time!

A great place to be when staying near to Cuijk and Nimjgen

When icy the car park does need some de-icing. Last week it was just a sheet of glass when I came out to my car.

The Van der Valk was good 5 years ago and was as good again upon my return this year.

The refurbishment of the heating system on the ground floor did mean the rooms were a little cold for some of the time.

When you forgot to reserve a TAXI for me, you solved the problem by driving me to the trainstation in your private car immmediately. That is really good service!!!

Royale kamer met een goed liggend bed en een keurig schone badkamer. Fijn verblijf gehad!

Van de aan de bar gehaalde consumpties (koffie en bier) werden de lege kopjes, glazen en flesjes niet mee retour genomen door de roomservice. Dit kan beleid zijn, maar ik vond het opvallend en ben het nog niet eerder tegengekomen.

Nice balcony, good size rooms and very good selection for breakfast. We highly commend this hotel. We had regular change of bedding and towells etc.
