The small-scale Alpha Hotel lies on the outskirts of De Koog, a 10-minute walk from the beach and the village centre with its shops and restaurants. To enjoy a walk through the nature area De Nederlanden, all you need to do is cross the road. Or you can hire a bike from the hotel to explore this splendid Frisian island.
Each room comes with a kettle, tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, free WiFi, a flatscreen television, and king-size beds. The en suite bathroom features a shower, a toilet and toiletries. The entrance to the nature area De Nederlanden is just 50 metres from Alpha Hotel Texel. The Muy and the Slufter are also nearby. These nature areas are perfect for enjoying lovely walks and bird spotting. Shops and restaurants in the village of De Koog are situated within walking distance, as is the beach. Delight in the fresh sea breeze and the island's vast beaches.
Food and Drink
A breakfast buffet is available daily in the breakfast room from 8:30 until 10:00. Guests can access this room throughout the day for tea or coffee with a biscuit or some fruit. Take a seat and leaf through one of the books about Texel or play a board game.The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but you'll find a choice of terraces and eating establishments in the centre of De Koog.
