Very nice location, good service, and helping staff.
There was no air conditioning! Weather was also unusually hot so cannot complain.
“My tip: Everything is easily accessible from hotel location. Please make sure that temperature is not too high, else arrange an air-conditioning room.”

Noise. Walls and ceilings thin, but not a continuous problem. Not the place for you if you prefer silence. Room dark but plenty of lights provided.

Good value for Delft, compared to other hotels. Ideally situated, a short walk from the station, on picturesque canal a short walk from all the delights that Delft has to offer. Good breakfast, good rooms, and most important very friendly, helpful staff, who dispensed local information/knowledge, from train times to bars/restaurants both in Delft and the nearby area.
There are also several individual artworks of interest throughout the hotel. Definitely recommended.
We booked the hotel through Hotels NL, which stated there would be no deposit needed, however a deposit was attempted from my account, which my bank flagged up. The situation was resolved by actually speaking to someone in the hotel. The deposit was refunded (it had just been a test of the bona fides of my credit card), but did cause a degree of confusion. This was definitely the only problem, but I would not let this put you off using this splendid hotel.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location very close to the city centre. Very quiet.
Internet connection was very unreliable. Staff moved our room on arrival becauue the wired internet would not work. Even in second room the connection was unreliable and very slow.

Very helpful staff and as had arrived early, reception kindly
provided room before normal check-in time.
Good central location to explore Delft and Den Hagg, etc.
