Staff, tho not enough and they are stretched too thin. Breakfast was very good but no staff at all??
Overworked staff, lack of outlets in room, inconsistency in housekeeping, meager amenities.
“My tip: Make sure to dine at nearby Restaurant De Basiliek and visit nearby art gallery of Marijke Gemessy”

Almost everything. Traditional arhitecture, modern renovated room, the facilities, the restaurant, the food, the staff from the front desk. The position of the hotel is ideal, close to everything that is important in Haag.
Not much, the housekeper could have done better.
“My tip: The Parlament- a wonderful building, the comercial area wich is very close to the hotel and it can be accesed through passage gallery. The beach is extraordinary, even if the sea is to could for a swim.”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and cosy feel to the hotel. Perfect location for exploring all the sites of Den Haag. Nice view of the square. Simple but tasty breakfast.
A little bit of noise from people in the square this was no problem at all in winter but might be in summer with the window open.
“My tip: The sites around are well-known, but don t miss the Escher museum. ”

Fantastic room, extremely large and I was also lucky enough to have the Jacuzzi in the bathroom too -absolutely terrific!
The speed of service at breakfast was very slow, and the breakfast was overpriced I thought.

everyone was very professional and friendly. Very high standards and it shows.
It would have been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room, but that is a very minor detraction

The hotel is in walking distance is Central Station Den Haag - 10-15 min. You can walk to museums, parks and other tourist destinations. A wonderful breakfast on the white tablecloths welcomed us every morning. The attentive staff ready to help with any question. There are many nearby boutiques and shopping centers - a paradise for shopping.
In our room was a bit noisy at night, so we had to close the window.

Service and friendly staff. Location and equipment and the bed
The rooms are not that good issolated. You can hear the people in rooms beside yours. Bathroom, even can follow conversations almost. Very sad for such a great hotel.
Travelling alone oktober 2011
Well furnished room, good central location.
Hotel is a building site. No bar or restaurant. Impossible to sleep with workmen making considerable noise immediately outside room all night. They finished at 5am. Rooms at back of Hotel away from building works are quieter. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive at €21.

i will return to the hotel as it was a great location and a good price but the interiors could be redesigned, it is a good buildiong with more potential, i would suggest the interiors being improved, colour schemes, furniture. but it was a pleasant stay and nice and quiet with good service. i liked the staff.
the rooms had no character and i was in 210 faceing no view so i would not stay on that side again. the room was basic but ok
