I loved the room, it was very quiet and nicely decorated. I found the interior design really great and loved how the spacious bathroom was integrated in the room. I spent far more time in the hotel than I usually do, just because it felt so cosy. I also enjoyed having a gym inhouse.

The hotel is clean, quiet and within walking distance from the city centre, shopping eating areas and government offices.
No free WiFi in the room, only in public areas.
“My tip: The nearest train station is Den Haag Centraal. You can then walk to the hotel (around 10 minutes), take a taxi or the tram.”

The reception was efficient and friendly although had to ask to get complementry wifi in the room (most hotels offer this for free). Location is perfect for town center visits and rental bikes in front of the door. The hotel looks neat and tidy with some nice design features and they have a very nice terrace (seemed to be closed for breakfast though)
Most negative experiences were at breakfast. Staff was already busy with setting up for lunch and seemed rushed and unhelpful. We stayed 6 nights and had to find someone every morning to arrange my eggs. Selection of food was ok (not 5 star) and frequently found empty hot water bottles for my morning tea. They forgot to prepare our departure breakfast on check out since it was before the buffet opened, although requested the previous evening. The reason why I vent these frustrations here is be
“My tip: The hague is a lovely town and we visit about 3 times yearly, there are better hotels at a similar location for better value. Try the little Italian on the beginning of Noordeinde, tiny place but great service and food ”

We stumbled upon your site while looking for another hotel in The Hague, we had stayed years ago. The first surprise was the promo- price you had for the Hilton. It was an offer we could not refuse. The hotel was excellent in every way. Good location, walking distance from all that needs to be visited, modern and spacious, impecable room, atentive service, great breakfast.
Nothing. Really.

room was exceptional, location good if you are into shopping, art, history and coffee, people who work in stores around are very friendly and helpful
people complaining about my smoking on the HIlton terrace, this is Europe, people are allowed to smoke and it is not a crime to smoke as long you don t willingly bother someone with it, it s not like I was blowing smoke in someone s face, I think it is a crime to look down at people who do smoke when you are a non smoker, I don t look down at people who are obese, so who are they to judge me Maybe a non-smoking and smoking section on the terrace and then let s smoke the peacepipe
“My tip: Definitely go see the Peace Palace, check out the beach in Kijkduin, nearby shoppingarea has very nice products, just bring your cash, check out the sales in the stores”

Hotel staff was very helpful. Good location. Near transports and restaurants.
Meals expensive and auto charge minibar prevents you from putting your own things in to cool.
“My tip: Away from the elevator would be a better room.”

There was nothing particularly positive. Apart from the poor restaurant service the rest was as expected.
I found the service in the restaurant poor and on one occasion returned my meal because it had clearly been drying out under one of the heat lamps. I was never asked if I wanted an desert for example and had to ask. Also the same with my wine. I had to ask for a refill. So the restaurant and kitchen is negative. Given the cost of the hotel I would also have expected the internet to be free and in fact although I paid for a 24 hour facility I did not use it for 24 individual hours but my acc

Generally a very nice hotel. Rooms are nice, the restaurant is very good both for breakfast and in the evening. Great location in the heart of The Hague near to all the sites, shopping and restaurants.
No real minus points as a hotel. However, there was a problem while we were staying there. I had booked three rooms for myself and colleagues however, on arrival we were told there had been a booking problem and that despite being booked in for 11 nights we would have tom leave for 1 night in the middle of our stay. It appears the booking system was still taking bookings when the hotel was fully booked due to a major conference in the Hague. They did arrange alternative accommodation at another

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton The Hague. The hotel is well-situated in the center of a beautiful city, within walking distance of the major attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, well-appointed and provides all of the creature comforts that one would expect from a Hilton. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel's staff.

Fabulous hotel. Im trying to think of a reason to return! Great service, gorgeous decoration, thoughtful touches - hooks in the right places, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/face wash etc provided, bath and seperate shower, very comfortable bed and chair, delicious breakfast with so much choice its impossible to eat it all, great location.
Er, difficult. Internet is not free. This seems to be the norm in The Hague.
“My tip: Check in early so you can enjoy it for longer!”
