Central location

Location is excellent, opposite Binnenhof, not far from Mauritshuis museum.

Only negative point was parking. parking is very limited (if at all), and one is diverted to commercial parkings, at much greater expense (30 euros for 24 hours)

The bed was very close to the doors of the bathroom, this made the space a little cramped. We found some hairs (black) in the bathroom that were def not ours...

Good place for short trip to The Hague

Good shower, very good breakfast, ideal location. Very clean.

Being charged "city tax" on departure when I thought I had paid the full cost already - this should be clearer. The room was fairly small - don't like the toilet being separate from the shower room. Very limited supplies of coffee and tea - only two sachets of milk between two people.

Great place stay!

Very good location; in the middle of the city centre, nearby shops, historical place, nice restaurants, central station, businesses, etc. Staff was always very helpfull. Our room was very comfortable. Small but nice playcorner for children.

Housekeeping was somewhat slow. No swimming pool.

Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money, no other Hotels we enquired about came close to this price. A well managed, clean and comfortable Hotel which is centrally located and only about 10 minutes walk from the Train Station. A very good selection at the Breakfast Bar which should suit most peoples tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel rooms need upgrading. Also disappointed on cutbacks ie paper cups and small things like no biscuits in room , poor quality towels and only two each. We have noticed this as we are regular visitors to this hotel

Slap bang in the middle of the Hague

Fantastic service, all reception staff were happy, helpful and enthusiastic. Bike shed a big plus as I was loaned a bike and didn't want it to go missing.

The cost.... 199Euro for the first night was very very painful. I appreciate it is a supply and demand situation, but coming from Australia it was a very high cost for any hotel.

Easy to combine business and cultural interests

Location: close to Mauritzhaus, close to the central railway station; fairly close to some of the government offices, and close to shops.

The breakfast was of lower quality and variety than a few years ago when I last stayed at the hotel. I don't know if it was because of the renovation of the usual breakfast and restaurant area. Nevertheless, this was an important minus point for me since one of the criteria of hotel selection for me is the breakfast table, if I have previous experience; For example, offering fresh wholemeal bread, fruits, natural yoghurt, good quality (green or white) tea, good quality cheese. These (excepting the tea) were on offer before.

Impressed with Novotel Hotel

The Hotel is the middle of the Centrum, and it is easily accessible to Shops and Tram. Breakfast was fanatastic, the kids really enjoyed their stay. We would definitely book the same Hotel again.

The Air Condition was not working properly, it was a bit too hot in the room at night even though we put the air condition on cold.

The hotel was fine. Lobby nice and spacious. The food good and variety of selected food.

The carpet in the halls (I stayded on the 1st floor) of the hotel were dirty with stains and looked therefore cheap which is a contrast with the rest of the hotel (****star) and the hotelrooms. Changing the carpet to a color which mathes the beige walls and red doors of the hotelrooms would look better and more distinguished.
