The stylish Paleis Hotel Den Haag is a luxury hotel with a royal character. The hotel is located in a historic building which dates from the 17th century and it has an ideal location. Most rooms are equipped with air conditioning; all bathrooms even have floor heating. A number of rooms have a nice view of the beautiful gardens of 'Paleis Noordeinde'. The hotel's public area's, such as the wonderful breakfast room, have been exquisitely decorated with antique furniture, beautiful fabrics, and unique works of art.

    Friendly, well run hotel

This is a small, friendly, well run hotel, right near the Royal Palace, so very central.

Some of the rooms are small, but not excessively so.

Caring staff, a warm welcome and a comfortable room - excellent.

Friendly staff and a great location for my visit.

I would have liked tean and coffee making facilities in my room

“My tip: Good location for local bars, cafes and restaurants and an easy walk from 'everywhere'! Pastis brasserie next door is great.”

    Hotel Paleis den haag

The most comfortable bed I have slept in during a hotel stay. Elegantly decorated interior. Friendly , attentive staff.

The shower drain was clogged and drained poorly. Hard to find parking for the bike.

“My tip: Vino & cucina, excellent Italian restaurant nearby. ”

Overpriced for inconvenience of location and parking.

Very clean and recently remodeled bathrooms. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff.

Furniture was quite worn although fabrics appear to be new. We had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. The air conditioning did not work so we had to choose between comfort and noise. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room decor was very dark which made the room seem smaller. Parking was a hassle.

    Excellent choice!

Excellent altogether. Loved the bathroom and the fact that I could actually open up the windows for some fresh air.

Would have liked to see a minibar in the hotel room - white wine is better enjoyed chilled!

Perfect location, helpful and cheerful staff, and lovely rooms.

Staff are very helpful, polite, and cheerful.

Difficult if you have many pieces of luggage. Breakfast should have more choices for vegetarians, for example.

“My tip: There's live music in some of the restaurants bars across the street. Restaurant De Bok which is a 5-minute walk is a wonderful cafe.”

The Paleis Hotel offers luxury and charm in the center of The Hague.

Close to the city center. Beautiful room, nicely furnished. Smaller, intimate hotel. Frinedly staff.

Basic tv channels only. Payed WiFi.

    Perfect stay

    Perfect room and service.

Impossible to find with GPS due to roadwork. Should be warning or direct recommendation to what parking house to be used. Parked a long way from the hotel and used taxi to and from.

Exclusive hotel in the fashionable historic district of the Hague

Everything was good in the hotel - large beautifully decorated room with a super comfy king bed, large bathroom and fresh air through the double doors opening into the back garden.

Breakfast room is a bit small and can be crowdy if all decide to have breakfast at the same time. It would also benefit from cooked options like porrige, fried eggs or sausages.

Elegant boutique hotel in the heart of The Hague .

    Very elegant, chic, first-class.

I am too short to reach the hair dryer in the bathroom -- hairdryer is too heavy & awkward to use successfully.

    An excellent hotel

Fantastic in all respects. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, the beds very comfortable, with lovely clean linen, the decor classic, and the general attention to detail in the rooms is excellent (eg. safe in the cupboard, etc). Breakfast was great, too. Thank you for a lovely stay in Den Haag.

We appreciated the personal treatment as being heartily welcomed, having a little chat with the reception staff or the waitresses and we liked the cosy atmosphere.

Great hotel, awesome location but just a few minus points....,

Great location, comfortable room, good bathroom, an awesome place from which to explore the Hague.

It would be good for the rooms to have a fridge / mini-bar and tea / coffee making facilities but these are minor things, on the whole this place was great.

Elegance in the heart of Den Haag

Within walking distance of excellent restaurants and sights and easy access to the trams. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. All staff were very helpful and pleasant.

For guests concerned about the environment, the hotel could let them \"opt out\" of having linens changed daily and to have only towels on the floor replaced. The bathtub is excellent but quite slippery, needs safety mat or bars.

Beautiful colours all over the hotel. Very nice and large room. Very comfortable bed with lovely sheets! Nice staff in the reception.

We were charged for a bottle of water that we didn\'t have. Breakfast was pretty poor. We had to wait for more coffee every morning. Two mornings there was no butter available and we had to wait to get someones attention. Nobody (except for last morning)asked if we wanted cooked breakfast.
