Very friendly and helpful approach of mr. Marttijn at reception desk and mr. Ton at the hotel bar. Superior room with the Palaca garden view was superb, quiet and bright. Comfortable bed and bathroom. The taxi service to the airport was as comfortable as the hotel.
No negative points.
“My tip: Can recommend the Parkhotel Den Haag to every one for a nice quiet stay in the centre of the Hague in between beautiful shops, lots of restaurants and café s in all kind., and a lovely staff. A great pleasure ”

Excellent location Friendly staff
Not superior rooms. Attic sloping ceiling made it difficult when two people shared room. Hazardous when getting out of bed. Shower head did not properly. Taps difficult to reach before getting in shower. One room no mini bar. One room empty mini bar. Poor fitting windows - blew open in wind. Difficult to reach lock.Radiators switched off by cleaning staff so rooms cold when we returned in evening. Meagre tea coffee making facilities. Rooms did not match description of superior rooms in hotel i
“My tip: Excellent location for restaurants and galleries.”

The hotel was well located for the city s attractions. My room looked out over a park and had a nice balcony to sit in. It is a well-run and attractive hotel.
“My tip: In good weather it s a great city to ramble or cycle around and by bicycle it s easy to explore the coastline and pleasant towns like Wassenar.”

It is situated in de hofkwartier next to a nice parc and the palace. And ....where you can find all nice shops and super restaurants. We had a feeling that we where in Paris or Italy.
Nothing, we enjoyed every minute of our stay
“My tip: Carusso, Italian restaurant in the same street as the hotel. In the Oude Molstraat, just around the corner, Taspis, a french restaurant. Super food ”

I checked in on 19-9-2012. The ladies at reception in the evening were very friendly, and that really makes a difference to the experience.
There were maintenance staff working on the ledge outside the bathroom window (only frosted glass). It was of course not their fault and the hotel did ask them to come back after my check out time when I called reception, but if the bathroom doesn't have blinds then maintenance shouldn't be done when the guest is in the room. All in all not a major niggle.
“My tip: Hotels.nl were wonderful with last minute changes to the booking and so was the hotel.”

This hotel is right in the centre of town and has a wonderful park behind it. The staff are very friendly and the attention to detail is excellent. Rooms are of a good standard
water pressure in the shower could be better

A beautiful hotel. The reception desk gave excellent service. The room, one of the least expensive, was charming despite having a window onto a tiny interior courtyard/roof/ light well with a little live bush in the middle. It received sun in the afternoon which was a big plus, and had lots of light and windows
While not changing the sheets every single day if one is staying a while (in my case four nights) is fine, it was disappointing that the person who made my bed did a poor job without even straightening the bottom sheet. Also there was not enough surface area. The bedside table was already full of a telephone/ lamp with very little space for my watch/book/ cell phone, so everything was always falling on the floor-in the bathroom and the desk insufficient space for toiletries/ computer etc.

Jaren geleden maakten we vaker gebruik van dit hotel. De kwaliteit in zijn geheel is er beslist NIET op achteruitgegaan. We zullen beslist het Parkhotel weer boeken als we naar Nederland komen

For short stays (not more than 3 days), it is a good hotel.
This is our third stay at the Park Hotel. Unfortunately, the first two to three days are always good. And then the longer one stays, the worse the service becomes. At the reception, they are very nice and welcome. But the quality of the room service and comfort is poor and is getting worse.

In the nice old part of den Haag, near the Parliament.
The restaurant wasn't open when I was there, and I received no advanced warning of this. I was travelling alone, so this presented a significant inconvenience to me. A notice said that staff would be happy to advise guests about alternative dinner arrangements, but they didn't seem to have much good advice when asked.

The only good point about this hotel is its location.
Hygiene? they dont know what it means. I was sick for 3 days after eating fish and prawn in the resturant. I told one of the staff and he just said "sorry, I'll inform the kitchen!). I was vomitting for two days and had headache for 4 days after having that dinner in my room. Moreover, they seem not to change the linen and towels everyday. The double bed was just two single beds next to each other! One day I was looking for TV remote and finally I found it in my bed under the bed cover!

Spacious room, baby felt at home and so did we. Lovely people.
Shame that the internet connection failed for two days. Some dusty balls under the beds...

We have been in Parkhotel Den Haag for one week. Everything has been perfect, the location of the hotel is the best. The stuff is very kind and the room has been cleaned and arrenged every day. Besides, the breakfast has been very complete and the Park Room, where the breakfast was served, is a very pleasant place. Thanks to everybody to make our stay so nice.

Airconditioning, breakfast buffet suitable for coeliac, comfortable bed.
We stayed at the hotelroom on a special summerdeal which gave us good price/quality. However, we don\'t think the room was worth the full price.
