Friendly reception Includes restaurant and is close to other restaurant.

Old building with moderate soundproofing; rather small rooms; difficult staircase.

The bar and restaurant were quaint and cosy, the standard of both breakfast and dinner, very good. Hotel is situated in the centre of quiet village and a perfect location cycling or walking holiday.

Stairs to bedroom accomodation narrow and steep, not suitable for elderly or disabled guests, difficult for any guest with large items of luggage - a medium or large suitcase. We paid for a deluxe room however the carpet was very stained and the bedcover/counterpane was also stained. The bathroom was very small but adequate however, with no extractor fan or a window that opened, it was not ideal. No bathmat or shower mat were provided and care had to be taken, floor was slippery stepping in and out of shower.
