Hotel Benno is located on the Wilhelminaplein, a square that is often used for events such as a blues festival, rock 'n roll night, or a salsa night. After a fun night out you can enjoy a good night's rest in your hotel room. The rooms are clean and basic and some have their own shower. In the corridor there is a shower room as well.
Surroundings
Hotel Benno lies in the cultural heart of Eindhoven, from where you can explore the nightlife, visit a theatre show or go to one of the museums. The Van Abbe Museum for instance has an excellent reputation with its modern and contemporary art. Near the hotel you can enjoy a stroll in the green Stadswandelpark. Eindhoven also offers a wide variety of shops.
Food and Drink
From Monday until Friday the breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 until 10:00 h. and on the weekend between 08:00 and 11:00 h.; on request it is possible to take breakfast at another time.In the modern restaurant The Prince you can enjoy the relaxed amosphere and international dishes. On summer days the outdoor terrace is a lovely spot to catch some sun on the peaceful Wilhelminaplein square, in the old part of the city centre. The dishes on the menu of The Prince change regularly, to fit with the special events that are held on the square. With collegues or friends you can have a nice chat at the cosy bar.

Very clean and newly-renovated shared shower and toilet, a good breakfast (bread, cheese, cold cuts, croissants, yoghurt, muesli etc.).
The Wifi only worked in one spot downstairs, not in the rooms. There are many restaurants and terraces at Wilhelminaplein, which makes at least some of the rooms a bit noisy in the evening/night. Earplugs recommended, if you're sensitive to noise!

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is more or less in the city centre. The train and bus station is easily accessible from it.
The single room is pretty small for the price charged, which is disappointing and reduces comfort. The tv is small and at least one room has tv without a remote control. The WI FI signal upstairs is too weak to be of any use even though it states that the hotel has wifi throughout.

Beds were good and Breakfast very good and service in dining room very good.
Shower and toilet very poor standard with no extractor and very damp conditions. There were ants crawling on floor and tripple room too cramped.
Reception is poorly managed.

Városközponthoz közeli szállás, jó reggeli. Közel van a pályaudvar, és a Philips Stadion.
Wifi a szobában nem működik, de a könyvtár részben jó. A saját fürdőszoba, wc egy harmonikaajtóval leválasztott helység a szobából, ahol az intimitás nem biztosított (jó nagy rés van a küszöb és harmonikaajtó alja között)

Nice service and good restaurant. Good place to leave your bag and sleep during a conference.
Small room, large closet - no hangers. I wanted a small table instead. You can't use room for anything else than sleeping. Unstable WIFI - very bad, when they advertise with WIFI. I had to find a cafe to do my work in.

Ideal for PSV Eindhoven visits. Right near the Philips stadium. Clean and mainly comfortable.
Difficult to find on first visit, need to get tram or train into city centre. But once you get your bearings its good.

Low prices, Central in Eindhoven
Had to pay extra for shower and toilet in the hotelroom. All of a sudden it wasn't so cheap after wards. The room had very bad internet connection. The staff in the reception did their job, but could easily have made me feel more welcome.
