This hotel has really comfortable, almost luxirious rooms, which make you feel like at home Excellent hotel, excellent rooms, service and location I wish permanent prices ( no discount prices ) could be a little bit lower or sometimes the hotel could make special offers for young couples, for example.

Nothing special, but this is also good thing because everything I expected I got there.

We have small issue with payments, but this is solved same day and I'm satisfied with way they manage that.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is located about 3 kilometres outside the city centre close to Twente University. The local bus stops outside and takes 6-10 mins to town. The ambiance in the hotel is very relaxing and the lounge and restaurant areas are excellent. The bedroom is fine and large as is the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and all is clean and well maintained. The service is good and the staff are friendly. We did not eat in the hotel but we spent a couple of evenings in the lounge and were very happy

One small issue arose in relation to the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom where 2 out of 3 failed to work and I reported them early on Saturday morning. The receptionist explained that they could not be fixed until Monday (when I was leaving)!!---very strange of a hotel not to have maintenance staff available over weekends, the busiest time. However on request she did provide small bottles of shower gel/shampoo. I would suggest the hotel change the dispensers which are not really suitable

Breakfast is really nice,so as the atmosphere around. Location is excellent for those who wants todo sports.

Only one thing that bothered me really is the noise early in the morning; sort of a animal cry woke me up twice during my stay.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from Enschede - Drienerlo station and FC Twente football stadium, friendly staff, exceptional suite type bedroom on 2 floors with balcony on lower living area. Food of the highest quality, copious buffet style breakfast included, I would recommend eating at the restaurant as the meal i had was delicious.

Rooms were clean and in decent repair. The breakfast was excellent!

The walls could be better insulated as we had some "rowdy" neighbours in the room next to us.

Excellent room, and facilities. Good standard of hygiene, and very helpful staff, despite us not arriving until almost midnight. Good food, and a very neat, and tidy hotel.

Staying on the 2nd floor with a large bag, and a young child, the lift was a little old, and looks tired - very out of place - but apart from that, it is a first class hotel

Bathroom washbasin partly blocked & smelly, tiles shabby. Limited evening menu, we were brought wrong dish, waiter did not ask whether meat should be rare or well done.

Pleasant, quiet place. Large space. You can reach it by train/car/bus easily.

Wall and windows should be painted at some places. Used plastic cups should be changed for a new one.

Super hotel and restaurant!

It was even better than it appearce at the webb site! The personal was very friendly - everything was super! The restaurant and the food was also very good!

- Good Location / Access / Parking - Helpful / Attentive Reception Staff - Liked the \"Duplex\" Room Concept. This might not be to the liking of older customers (Steep stairs) - Internet Broadband good download speed

- In Summer the room is hot, although there is a ceiling fan, it is not sufficient in the \"Attic\". - Wireless should be available to customers as standard & free of charge. - If weddings /functions are taking place in hotel, a courtesy note to the guests on noise post midnight would be appreciated.

This is a comfortable, welcoming Hotel with excellent food.

Receptionist (Miranda) was exceptionally helpful to us. Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was delightful - plenty of choices. Bistro dinner was the best I have had in a long time. I recommend Sea bass main course. Order in Pizza Menu was offered when we needed food late in the evening - a great idea! I look forward to returning there and recommend the Hotel highly. Our room was wonderful with its own balcony.

Bistro closed at 9.30 pm which was a little early if you arrived after that time looking for food. There was no room service available.
