U Parkhotel Enschede is situated on the green campus of the University of Twente, between the cities of Hengelo and Enchede. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the city centre as well as exploring the scenic beauty in and around Enschede. The University of Twente, part of the Kennispark Twente, and the Grolsch Veste football stadium are a stone's throw away, and you can be in Twente's beautiful countryside in 5 minutes. What's more, Enschede's vibrant city centre is 15 minutes away. The restaurant is open daily and offers a wide range of dishes, plus you can take a seat on the sunny outdoor terrace during nice weather. The hotel has a spacious car park where you can enjoy free parking during your stay. The hotel furthermore offers four different room types and free WiFi is available throughout.
Surroundings
The U Parkhotel is the ideal base for a city trip or visiting the scenic beauty of Twente. Enschede is the largest city in the province of Overijssel and has a vibrant centre with many cosy cafés, entertainment venues, lovely shops and museums. Germany's equivalent of Enschede, Münster, is only an hour's drive away. Head a little north and you can visit the pretty villages of Ootmarsum, Denekamp and Tubbergen and the beautiful cultural landscape that is so distinctive of this area.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is available on weekdays from 06:45 until 09:30, and at weekends from 07:00 until 10:30. The à la carte restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12:00, and for a delicious dinner from 17:00. The kitchen offers a wide range of dishes with traditional regional produce. It's wonderful to have a seat on the outdoor terrace during nice weather. And you can enjoy a drink in the modern bar until the late hours.
