Surroundings
Most people know Frankfurt as the financial heart of Germany. Skyscrapers dominate the city's skyline. Frankfurt is also dubbed Mainhattan after New York's skyscraper island of Manhattan. The city boasts numerous other sights and attractions besides skyscrapers. You can visit the Römerberg, Frankfurt's central square since the Middle Ages and still an important place of interest. Close to this square, 15 minutes from the hotel, you'll find two more historical buildings: St. Paul's Church and Frankfurt Cathedral. Climb the cathedral's 300 steps and enjoy a fantastic view of the city. The best view of the city, however, is from the panorama rooftop of Main Tower, Frankfurt's second tallest skyscraper.
Food and Drink
Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet, available on Monday to Saturday from 06:00 until 10:30, and on Sunday until 12:00. It's even possible to enjoy a full Japanese breakfast! The hotel's restaurant Mainhattan serves a delicious lunch and an excellent dinner between 11:00 and 23:00. The restaurant is light, comfortable and modernly furnished, and where you can enjoy wonderful à la carte dishes inspired by the local surroundings, the Mediterranean, the Middle East and Asia. In the lobby bar/lounge, you can watch the latest sports games with a drink and a bite to eat or a good book from the hotel's library. The Metropolitan bar is situated on the 1st floor and is open daily from 17:00 until 01:00, where you can enjoy an extensive wine and cocktail menu. Guests are also able to make use of the hotel's 24-hour room service. You can order a tasty pizza, pasta or salad, for instance.

Everything about this hotel is first class, especially the welcome, the service and the incredible breakfast, and the location is very good. This is our second visit and we will be there again next time we go to the city.
