Although it is offered as 4 star it is a budget type of 4 star. No problem for me as biz traveler but can imagine that you wanna have it a bit more pimped up when on holiday with partner.

We found the hotel to be excellent in nearly all aspects. It was very comfortable in the bedrooms and the room was very quiet with no background noise from traffic. The breakfast was extremely good. All staff that we came accross were very helpful indeed and pleasant..
The only small problem that we had was that the flusher for the toilet became caput just as we were leaving in the morning.

Fantastic value, clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable rooms. Hotel staff were excellent. Breakfast was tasty and cheap.
No free wireless internet. Something Mercure should do, or at least make affordable - the charges for wireless internet are too expensive.

The bed in the room had the best pollow I\'ve probably ever had.
Even if everything wasen\'t top of the line I find problems finding somthing worthy of criticizing. However, the 3rd floor hallway had kind of a weak funny smell and the people in the reception didn\'t always say hallo when you passed them.

no room service (unusual for a 4 star hotel.....5 points in Service), 1 staff memeber a bit on the rude side, carpets in rooms (Hygiene -1 so 9 points)

Food was good
I had my VISA card suspended (as a security measure) so it was refused when I went to pay. Staff on duty refused to phone VISA to help sort out the problem. Not very helpful.

Hotel is just next to the conference center MartiniPlazza.
Room was confortable and bathroom was brand new.
Small shower.
Breakfast is standard.
Price is high but seems in the norms of that city and area.

although breakfast was to be served too late on Saturday for myself and my colleague yor staff arranged a very good packed lunch for us instead- thank you.
Noisy due to the A road.
No tea/ coffee making facility in the room.

1. I was surprised to find a swimming pool (but I didn\'t take any swimming trunks!)

De kamer was prima, en zeer gezellige sfeer.
Net iets te ver van het centrum, maar met de bus prima te doen. Het zwembad is echt zeer oud, maar ach je kon er zwemmen.
