As hotel-owner for more than 20 years, believe me: this hotel is perfect value for money! Although the weather was bad with rain every day, we still keep our staying here as our best memory of Holland! We will be back!

Lovely spacious executive suite. Helpful front of house staff. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good location.

The breakfast buffet was cold and I found myself asking for things which should have been readily available, eg bowls for cereal and napkins. Coffee machine needed attention and we were the first in the restaurant, ended up not having a drink, there was quite a wait on fresh eggs. Cows milk only and no alternative (soya milk) Restaurant staff were not very friendly.

Interet connection inside a hotel was terrible, breaking all the time. I was not able even to read news properly. I am afraid what would happen if I had to make some financial transaction instead.

Superb hotel but possibly not in the very best location.

EVERYTHING about this hotel was superb. Incredible value for money. We may have stayed at it's equal in the past but have never found better.

“My tip: Guests might wish to be aware that the hotel is a mile or so from Haarlem station. We walked (25minutes?), but didn't mind that at all as it helped us to get to grips with the general layout of the city. The hotel itself cannot be faulted.”

we booked a superior room and got a free complimentary room fridge bar. we didnt realise it until our second day.. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were so attentive and friendly.

You could hear the lift being used. We thought it was a plane going over....So have a room away from the lift.

Staff are polite and helpful. Good sized rooms which are kept spotlessly clean. Air con which actually works and is not too noisy! Lovely little balcony on which you can sit and watch the world go by. Good choice at breakfast, all in all, excellent.

Excellent service from all staff. Very good breakfasts. Location close to all amenities.

Air conditioning was only partially effective - room was always quite warm. Parking is a little expensive - although it is a public car park and not controlled by the hotel.

Very big & spacious room. Clean. Take only 20 mins to walk from the Haarlem train station. Pass through the shopping street. easy to find.

Excellent level of service throughout hotel right through from reception to bar staff that went from helpfullness to knowledge. brakfast was included and was wonderfull way to start day.

We were in a small group that used the hotel as a base for watching our children playing in 4 nations hockey tournament that hosted locally. travelling from the UK we were surprised by the high price of the accomodation esp the parking.

The hotel is near the center, good to walk to the center. The bathroom is very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The room is very simple and the bed wat not good for us.

Great hotel, in great location. Only 5 minutes from town centre but far enough away that you don't have to cope with the night time noise. Lovely staff.

It was a nice, clean hotel. We would consider coming back.

I was disappointed, given that we purposely sought one of the best rooms, that we did not even get free coffee, let alone breakfast - given that the room was quite expensive. Also, the pillows were very stiff. You might want to consider the Hilton\'s \"pillow menu\" option to allow guests to request pillow choices. I had a stiff neck for two days. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
