Nice and confortable hotel in Haarlem

Good breakfasts, comfortable beds, silent location, friandly staff

Hotel without parking. They adviced us where is possible to park out of residential zone. It was 10 minutes from the hotel by walk.

“My tip: Near the hotel is amazing cathedral and square, where is a lot of restaurants and pubs. Connection to Amsterdam by train is very fast (15 mimnutes to Amsterdam Central). The train station Harleem is 15 minutes from the hotel by walk.”

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Expensive for what it is, what you are paying for is the location. Room quite small despite being executive with basic electric wiring obvious.

The location is absolutely perfect. Next to the beautiful Cathedral, the river, and close to the station.

When we arrived, our shower was running. We were in a hurry to meet friends for dinner, so asked that they look into what the problem was while we were out. Four hours later when we returned (tired), they hadn t done anything and the room smelled horribly of water. After 20 minutes they finally moved us to the Honeymoon sweet, which was great But to our dismay, the shower in that room had a broken door and the water ran inconsistently and with a very low pressure. Bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived. Room was very tiny, even by Dutch standards.

Close to the center of the city, it's the best locations. Beautiful and lovely hotel. Spacious, modern rooms. Good for family.Early check-in was free.

we asked for a "quiet room" - got one at the backside of the hotel - where every night we listened to the shouting and celebrating of folks drinking the night away - it disturbed our sleep -no parking - parking garage 35Euro/day! -the mattresses in room 124 should be changed soon, not comfortable anymore

Perfect hotel for price and location

Excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants/cafes. Close location to the train station. Lovely town! Our room was plenty big to accomodate our luggage, a stroller and crib.

Great location easy to get to by train, bus or taxi. Friendly staff. Clean room and very clean bathroom. Rates quite reasonable for peak season.

Rooms 302 and 303 had bad smells that could not be eliminated. Pillows are square and not rectangular and sit up too high. They are also too hard. Prefer rectangular softer feather or foam pillows.

Poor with maintenance in the rooms. Very cold in the room, air continioning heating not working properly and bad smell from the climatisation. The bathroom door strong noice when closing and opening. Room of our friends next door very cold too. Individual duvets vey small

pleasant but noisy stay

We enjoyed being so close to the town centre. Parking possiblilty underneath the hotel.

Unfortunately we had a room on the first floor at the side and were woken up many times during the night due to the noice of the pub around the corner. I think the hotel should invest in noise proof windows as this is very anoying now but specialy if you would have paid the full price for the room in the hotel. It felt we were sleeping with an open window!! You should have a parking discount for cutomers. To pay 60 euro's for 2 days is a bit much!

Hotel bueno para viajr de negocios.Con habitaciones bastante amplias e impecables. La ubicación es estupenda, ya que está en el mismo centro de Haarlem.

Un poco caro para lo que es. Es un hotel de negocios. No tiene parking, y es bastante complicado el llegar a la puerta con las maletas ya que eL centro de Haarlem es 100% peatonal. El precio no incluye desayuno

Nice place to stay

Although only one night, we had a very pleasant en comfortable stay. We made use of a special offer, which appeared to be about 1/3 of the original room rate. Price-quality ratio therefore was oke, but the original rate is way overpriced. The room was nice but small without special features

A Happy Stay

the hotel was very easy to book though hotels.nl The room was lovely, and the bathroom particularly nice. The A/C was great! The hotel gave an impression of easy going efficiency. A wonderful position right in the centre of the old town, near to museums, art galleries, and the truly amazing Grote Kerk. We were very pleased with the free wireless internet too.

We would have preferred the option of a double bed.

Great value at a great location

This hotel was a great value for the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large (based on European standards) and very clean. Loved the free use of the internet so we could contact family to let them know of our safe arrival.

Didn\'t have breakfast here. Thought it was too pricey.
