The Customer Service was excellent. Everyone went out their way to make u feel comfortable.
TV cable was not working properly but they did asked me if I wanted to change rooms and I said No

Goede gordijnen tegen te vroeg wakker worden.
Thermostaatkraan in de douche.

verlichting in de kamer is wat weinig, vooral in de hoek van het kluisje. kluisje was ook onbruikbaar.
Klapdeuren in de entree zijn wat onhandig met koffers in de hand.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant/lounge area was quite attractive--modern furniture and large windows that overlooked a garden area. Room was functional and clean.
We didn\'t have a double bed. Lighting in the closet area could be improved.

The Hotel is close to the highway ,i found that a plus point.
The room we stayed in was not aircondisend. It was a bit in warm in there and it isn\'t even summer yet.

hotel was really nice & tidy! rooms were great and whenever we needed something and \'that\' receptionist wasnt there...we always found help!
we really enjoyed our stay at your hotel but there was a receptionist (a girl) which really didnt help us at all compared to the others! i cannot remember her name but whenever we asked her something, she always found an excuse not to help whereas the other reception, a great guy helped us by all means possible!
