Good location and convenient for my business trip. Large hotel but good personal service and comfort.
Main restaurant was closed for renovation. My room was located quite a long distance from reception, with security doors, up and down stairs and a long walk.

The hotel was beautiful, the room overall was comfortable and I loved it. I found the staff friendly and helpful, always a cheery genuine greeting in the hallwaus.
I had late lunch at the restaurant and even though the ambiance was good and the food excellent, the service wasn t great. I had to wait for a long time to even be served when I sat down and the long wait between meals was terrible. I even had to get up after my meal to look for a waiter so I could pay the bill. The restaurant wasn t full so j would have expected more attentive service especially in such an elegant restaurant.

The quality of the bed, most important during your stay in a hotel, was very bad. TYhe bed is certainly over 20 years old and need replacement. We are booked in a room 402 and 406. both where terrible.
