Reservation desk personnel were exceptional as was the breakfast.

Cannot say enough how welcoming and helpful the reservation desk personnel were. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of items. Couldn't ask for a better accommodations.

During our first stay the room was more conveniently laid out which added to its comfort. Our second stay, a week later, the room was a bit difficult to move in due to its configuration. The bathroom was especially challenging with the slanted ceiling for this relatively tall couple.

Middle class hotel with high prices and low service.

Location, parking, functional rooms.

Bad service (no soap for 2 days, no changing of towels, no wake-up call although ordered !!!!) At breakfast - no soft cheese, no fresh vegetables. Difficult to find the hotel.

Good value, quiet room, nice to have complimentary wi-fi, very pleasant and helpful staff. And beer called Gulpener, how cool is that.

Personally would have liked it cheaper but then I always was a miserly S.O.B.

We had a great time and we appreciated that effort was made to have my sister\'s room and our room close to each other. We\'d come back any time!

The third bed had a very old mattress where you could feel the springs inside. Without the help of an extra blanket to use as additional cushioning, this bed would have been very uncomfortable.

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to historical attractions.

Some nearby streets were closed (temporarily) which made it difficult to drive to hotel.

Reception was very efficient and dealt quickly with all requests.

I travelled without some toiletries and was disappointed not to find some, I could use in the bathroom.
