The hotel was comfortable and located in a nice community with restaurants and shopping. Parking is convenient. Getting to the airport by car was pretty straight forward and took approximately 10-15 mins. They accept dogs in their business rooms.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at the time I was checking in and though they were polite, they were a bit curt.

really too noisy our room was 300 first the door that gives access to the corridor clack each time somebody enter in the corridor and during the night a group of persons have cried in the corridor

Very comfortable, modern decore and clean. Booked on line and found the price was a lot better then other hotels.

Booked this hotel on line from the Amsterdam airport at the last minute. Tried to call the hotel with the number that was listed in order to arrange a pick up shuttle. The phone number didn t work. Had the information desk at the airport call as well and it still didn t work. We never did get through and it cost us around 50 dollars for a cab ride there. Once we got there, we were told the shuttle only runs certain times. Unfortunately it couldn t take us to the airport the next morning eithe

Good overnight option for Schiphol airport

Shuttle (reserved) to and from the airport made this an easy overnight option. Good email communication prior to our stay meant everything was as expected. Welcomed our small terrier also.

Big disappointment for our last night in Holland!

Convenient to airport

Dinner at restaurant totally disappointing. Swordfish dry and tough, service poor, salt and pepper shakers dirty, wine pour was less than we have encountered anywhere!

Only one chair to sit in , so one has to drink a cup of coffee or tea while sitting on the bed. NOt comfortable. No good ligth to read in bed. We were woken up at 9 am. by the vacum cleaner going on loudly right beside our door. Too early for people wanting to sleep in a bit. Could have waited till at elast 10 am. \ We were given the impression on the website that there would be shuttle ervice to the airport available.But that was not so , we found out too late. That is misleading ad

Lovely bathroom

The hotel looked lovely on the internet, from the outside and in the lobby of the hotel, but the room we were in seemed substandard in comparison to the rest of the hotel. there was a stain on the bedsheet and the furniture was old and chipped. We also didnt like the area the hotel is based in, we stayed for about half an hour and got the train back into the city. The area is very basic and doesnt show a true reflection of the city. Definately not somewhere to go if you want a romantic, relaxing last night!

Great hotel close to airport, but far from Central Amsterdam

Very close to the Airport. Comfortable rooms and affordable rates.

Far ride from Central Amsterdam. Had to take a taxi to the train station and then a 20 minute train ride from there.
