Notiz Hotel lies in a quiet area in the north of Leeuwarden, within walking distance of the Rengerspark and the Noorderplantage park. A continental breakfast is available on weekdays from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 08:00 until 11:00. Dishes are based on the notion of 'New Dutch Cuisine'. It was close to the city center.
There was a disturbing noise during the night coming from the outside. Impossible to sleep with the window open.

personnel was very friendly and helpful. the room was perfect. i was surprised by the weather forecast, laying on my bed.
breakfast was without meat and cheese. when asked the cheese appeared but seemed a bit "old".there was no bar open on Sunday.

One of the hotel staff came in to our room by accident and woke us up. The same morning, while we were getting up, someone wanted to check the mini-bar.

Personeel (studenten)zeer voorkomend, wellevend,uiterst behulpzaam, enthousiast, opgewekt en zag er verzorgd uit. Het geheel een toonbeeld van gastvrijheid. Begeleidend \"personeel\" nauwelijks zichtbaar aanwezig en alleen indien nodig.

Although staffed by students and an unusual location in a training establishment, the stay here was comfortable and service excellent. The bedroom was spacious,quiet and very clean. The dinner menu prepared by the trainees was superb and we were invited to tour the kitchens afterwards with the opportunity to thank the young chefs. A little hard to find by car, but a peaceful location on the edge of town and a pleasant walking distance into the city. into the city.
