Nice clean hotel, the staff were very nice and service oriented.

The breakfast was good but expensive (15euro per day). There were breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, sliced fruit, mini pancakes, coffee, tea and juice.

nice hotel right in the heart of the city

The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast had a very good selection. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center.

The room got very warm and due to the loud street noises it was impossible to sleep with the window open.

A great base for the Aviadrome Museum in Llelystad.

Comfortable, affordable, city centre hotel with friendly, pilote staff. Great bar and restaurant.

No tea or coffee in the standard rooms. 17.50 euros for breakfast seems a little over priced.

“My tip: A great base for the Aviodrome museum.”

    1. Overall the hotel was of a good standard. 2. Tasty Wok is very handy - good value and good quality food.

    1. No air conditioning in the room, which was rather too warm 2. Noise levels were quite high wiithin the hotel from other guests. 3. Noise outside from very early morning when the food market was being set up.

“My tip: You must have a meal in the Tasty Wok - if you are without children, it is best to eat after 20:00, when most families have left. It is very popular and busy with families from 18:00 until 20:00.”

I was charged for using internet but never used it as i found the price too high, by complaining I got the money back.

Have seen on the bill after coming home that they have charged me for 2 breakfast each day but it was only me staying there. I guess it was my own fault but still--.

Friendly and confortable. Great value, all amenities..

All positive that one could think as far as facilities or staff, is applicable here..

Internet charges should not be additional, or, more economic, even if such are at par with industry elsewhere.-

    Better than expected

Very easy to find, central to Lelystad but easy to get about in the surrounding area. Rail station within walking distance and good links to Amsterdam. Close to the coast.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No air conditioning

    BEST AVAILABLE BUT MOST EXPENSIVE

Location is good near station. Good for business trip. Restaurants are good, supermarket closed, like most in Holland, everything closed Sunday outside except some restaurants.

This one of the few hotels where that do NOT have cofee or tea maker in the room. Rooms near lift can be noisy with tour groups coming and going everday.

What you get in a monopoly

Location - the only hotel in Lelystad (that I have found)

Rooms small and gloomy - don\'t book a single room at any cost, they\'re like Cold War-era Polish hotel rooms. Breakfast barely adequate. Bar limited. Dining options poor - best to eat at the steakhouse next door.

My stay at the Lelystad Apollo Hotel

Everything in the room seemed new, the hotel recently built and very clean. Close enough to the train station to walk to or from, you follow the signs to Agora. Hotel receptionists very efficient and professional. The first floor bar is comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There was free internet computers for hotel guests, which was very useful for me, not having a laptop to hand. There were 4 good restaurants within a minute\'s walk of the hotel.

It is very convenient as it\'s in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants around, the Tasty Wok was a great choice.

The bedroom was a bit bare for a suite. Expected the walls to be at least plastered and painted.

Hotel staff very helpful and all spoke English so easy to communicate.

When we booked the hotel online, it said there were 2 restuarants. However when we actually got there we were told that the restuarants were closed as they were being renovated.

When we were checking out and getting a taxi, the staff was very helpful.

When we were checkin in, the staff was quite unfriendly and made us feel like second-rate customers. We had notified the hotel of our 2-year old son (and him not needing an extra bed) and they acted like he was an unpleasant suprise.

The price was very competitive. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were light and comfortable.

No restaurant on site. Bar closes early. No fridge in the room. A lot of noise from the street at night. E25 euro key deposit was totally unneccessary and uncalled for. Poor information on local services; bus, train etc.

The price for the room (a 2N special rate)was good. The breakfast buffet was fine (inclusive). Convenient location near Lelystad train station for travel into Amsterdam.Room okay.Cost of any telephone calls made was good.Reception staff friendly and helpfull.

Hotel under renovation. No restaurant at time of stay.I had a non smoking room-but the cleaner must have kept smoking in the room when they came in (annoying) so I kept having to vent the room. I wouldnt class the hotel 4*-more 3* rating.
