The cosy hotel Huize te Lieveren is right at the heart of the village Lieveren, in the province of Drenthe. Besides guest residences, it consists of an inspiring room with all facilities suitable for meetings, small presentations and plenary sessions. The rear of this pleasant hotel looks out over an open field. You can completely unwind here, without even having to leave the premises. By the beautiful pond there is an orchard - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Huize te Lieveren is surrounded by the picturesque scenery of the Lieverse-Peizerdiep river. These waters wind through the area's many woods and meadows. The wonderful nature here can be enjoyed whatever the season. Expect lovely wood anemones in spring and blossoming orchids later in the year. Should you want to visit a lively city, Groningen and Assen are both closeby. Visit the much talked-about Groninger Museum or spend a day walking through the many shopping streets that Groningen has to offer. In Assen the Drents Museum is worth a visit, where the famous 'Meisje van Yde' is displayed.
