Are you travelling to the South or just fancy a weekend break? Then choose the new Van Der Valk Hotel Liège. The hotel is open since July 2018 and offers many facilities, such as a Skybar. It has a wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna and hot tub. Enjoy a drink in the top floor Skybar with a beautiful view of Liège. The brasserie and restaurant serve delicious food. Free WiFi is available throughout and the hotel offers free parking. The rooms feature a spacious layout and come with air conditioning, a flatscreen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a shower. For a more luxurious stay, you can opt for an Executive Room or one of the Suites. Whether it's short or long, this hotel has all the ingredients for a fantastic stay.
Surroundings
Liège lies on the river Meuse, 30 kilometres south of Maastricht. Liège is a true art city with countless interesting museums; such as La Boverie, which houses works by Picasso, Chagall and Gauguin. You'll find many old buildings in the centre of Liège, but also the futuristic Liège-Guillemins railway station. This ultramodern, transparent building was designed by the architect Santiago Calatrava. While staying in Liège it's fun to climb the 375 steps of Montagne de Bueren, running from the city centre up to the citadel. Liège is furthermore surrounded by greenery. The city borders the nature reserve of the High Fens and the Meuse Valley. The beautiful Le Parc de Château Colonster is also a wonderful place for a stroll.

You can enjoy your full breakfast buffet daily between 07:00 and 11:00. Lunch, dinner or a nice cup of coffee can be ordered in restaurant/brasserie “Le W”. What's more, the Skybar is the place to be for a tasty cocktail or a glass of wine. Here you can enjoy a splendid view of Liège with a drink in hand!
