A stay at Hotel Beaumont Maastricht means that this magical city lies at your feet. A stroll in the hotel's vicinity will take you through the historic city centre and the beautiful architecture of the Céramique area. Quality and innovation stand at the forefront of this hotel, and this has not gone unnoticed. In 2005, the hotel management won a Dutch Hotel Award. A stay at Hotel Beaumont is a special experience; an overnight stay and a dinner form just a small part of this. The excellent service has been developed throughout three generations of the Beaumont family. The professional staff are passionate about their work, and you'll be sure to reap the benefits of this.
Maastricht has earned a good reputation when it comes to the catering industry. Connoisseurs are drawn to the excellent restaurants located here. A selection of the finest restaurants have joined forces and are collectively known as 'Maastricht Culinair'. The restaurant of Hotel Beaumont is also part of this association. Their menu offers a wide choice of dishes from international cuisines, made with regional and organic produce to create contemporary flavours.
All Beaumont rooms are located in the main building and the Residence rooms are situated in the Residence, across the road from the main building. In all rooms you have free access to WiFi. Some rooms in the Residence are only accessible via stairs. In the Comfort rooms Beaumont it is not possible to have two single beds.
The hotel can be reached on foot from Maastricht Central Station. If you are travelling by car, you can easily reach Hotel Beaumont from the A2. You can also safely park your car in the hotel's private car park (at an extra charge).
Surroundings
Hotel Beaumont is an ideal starting point from which to sample the atmosphere of two beautiful neighbourhoods east of Maastricht's city centre. The Wyck neighbourhood is characterised by monumental buildings, and its shopping streets offer an abundance of boutiques and antique shops. The area of Céramique lies just south of this neighbourhood. Here you can find the Centre Céramique, which was designed by the architect, Jo Coenen. You can visit exhibitions and concerts in this multimedia information centre.

Lovely hotel in good location. We were just sorry that there were no glasses or cups. Plastic and cardboard were really out of keeping with the well appointed accommodation, fluffy towels etc

Great check in and as we arrived about 30 mins before appointed check in time we had our luggage stored. Very close to the railway station (3 or 4 mins walk) so ideal for arrival from or travel to other NL cities. Good toiletries. Comfortable bed. Great smart tv.
Very noisy air conditioning system.Nothing wrong with it - just very noisy.had to switch off overnight, and with temps outside over 25 C at 10pm you can imagine how uncomfortable it was to sleep. Hotel mid refurb and we were wakened at 7 30 on Fri morning with banging, scraping shouting from workmen. Corridors very narrow and so could open our door and touch door across the corridor. Toilet cubicle in room not ventilated - enough said Very poor range of drinks in the (free) minibar. Room devoid
“My tip: I wouldn t stay in this hotel again. We paid over 200 per night (Andre Rieu was in town so I would guess prices were hiked up for that.) but as a seasoned traveller and having just spent 3 nights in a 5 star hotel in central Amsterdam for about half that per night, I would say stay somewhere else if you visit the otherwise wonderful city of Maastricht.”

We were here to see Andre Rieu and expected high season prices and numbers, we were not disappointed. But! all in all the hotel is in an excellent location, plenty of restaurants and a pleasant 10 min walk to the main shopping centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy and well equipped, serviced daily and checked by the housekeeper.
Not really a minus, more for information. The hotel is an old building and the room layouts and corridors reflect this. There are steps in the corridors and in the rooms. This gives a unique feel and is different to the standard hotel layouts.
“My tip: Try the Brasserie FLO 5 minutes along the road towards the station. They have a seafood platter that equals any.”

Close to the centre of Maastricht, so ideal for what we wanted - reasonable proximity to railway station (5 minute walk) and Vrijthof square (10 minute walk) for Andre Rieu concert.
Whilst appreciating that the high demand for rooms pushed up the price because of the concert in Maastricht, at just over €200 per night per room (inc tax) we thought the cost should have included breakfast. The fact that the bed had a sheet with holes in it was totally unacceptable, and whilst the reception staff dealt with it promptly, clearly quality control leaves something to be desired, hence the low scores.
“My tip: Maastricht has a compact city centre and there are lots of cafes and bars, so wander the streets”

excellent location, friendly, very clean, splendid choice of breakfast items!best of all,was having an actual bath, instead of just a shower. an added bonus ,enjoying breakfast with makran 1 of the platin tenors.
1. poor lighting around wardrobe area, into bathroom, lighting obviously comes on at specific time.quite dangerous because of step down. 2.thought the bed was a double divan, unfortunately for my husband, found himself on the floor, inbetween both single .beds,in the middle of the night.!he didnt see the funny side of it.perhaps there could be a choice of bed, when making the reservation.

Unless you are short, avoid the attic rooms on the top floor where it is only safe to walk down the central 2 meters of the room. Taking a shower and exiting the toilet can also lead to a bloodied head. I had to walk in a crouch for 3 days and wore my baseball hat to protect myself from being scalped. Front desk can be like a train station, crowded with service efficient but unfeeling. You get the feeling tat these people are just employees in a big business. Waited 4 hours to check in at 3pm,despite check out being at 11am. That is way below expected service level.
The lunch menu is invariably great tasting, good value and the restaurant service impeccable.

Great restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Nice, lively part of town. Friendly service.
Difficult to park unless you have a reserved parking space at the hotel. Room was quite small.

Fantastic location!! Nicely appointed room. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.
Housekeeping was terrible. Ignored the DND and knocked and called. Wanted to clean the rooms so that they could go off duty. And on another occasion, when we asked for fresh towels, we didn't get any in spite of 3 reminders. Twin beds not comfortable at all. And not suitable for a couple!!

location and restaurant
mattress was not very good. Thick foam but not firm or as good as other hotels I have booked. We were booked in the annex and it was isolated, with a feeling of emptiness and no security. Long narrow hallways, frosted window could not open due to architectural feature so we could not see out. My ring was stolen from the room . I did not use the safe when I went to bed and my ring was stolen while I slept.

Plain modern decor, \"no frills\" style is nice for a one-night stay. Pleasant personnel.
Price of E166 for a single (double bed took up the entire room... definitely would not be comfortable for two people) was too high. Breakfast price of E18.50 was ridiculous.

Jammer!

Location near rail-way station. Also near the seminar I was there to attend (the seminar was held across the street. Good service. Breakfast with fresh oranges was a surprise - not just ordinary juice.

An enjoyable 5-10 minute walk from the train/bus station. Very helpful/polite hotel staff, as were the people in general. Conference was in the hotel, very well organised. Evening meal was excellent. Room - everything worked, very spacious and clean but not \'fussy\' for a 4* hotel.
It was on the expensive side
