Van der Valk Hotel Middelburg lies in the charming city of Middelburg; a place blessed with many attractions. You can visit museums such as the Zeeuws Museum, Museum Arnemuiden, the historic shipyard of C.A. Meerman, the antique toy museum of Lientje or Museum de Glazenkast. You'll also encounter many historic buildings in this city; the most famous of which are the Town Hall, the Lange Jan Tower, the Oostkerk church and the Abbey.

Surroundings
Van der Valk Hotel Middelburg is located in the province of Zeeland and is surrounded by water. As such, there are plenty of watersports and recreational activities to enjoy here. Middelburg's marina is situated just behind the Dam. It's easy to head to Westerschelde from this point or towards the Veerse Meer lake. And if you'd rather not sail yourself, simply take a boat tour. It's the perfect way to explore the area, see the city from a different angle, and learn all about the history of Middelburg.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is available from 06:30 until 10:30. You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in the restaurant, which is open from 11:00 until 21:00. Between 21:00 and 23:00 guests can also order dishes from a select menu available in the brasserie and at the bar. The bar is open from 17:00 until 01:00 (Friday until 00:00, and Sunday until 23:00) and is a lovely spot for a nice drink.

I could stay in my room an hour longer.
The booking didm not work well. Icould not log in to my account and could not take the advantage of the on line booking.

Fantastic room, great bath. Lovely decor, plenty of parking. Nice and pleasant staff.
Only criticism is wifi internet. Would not work in room. As a business customer good quality free wifi is a huge need for me.

Great rooms and bathrooms simple and yet elegant with comfortable colours. Spacious. Breakfast items chosen carefully to suit all tastes with quality in mind. Well organized and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking area is very good. I recommend it highly
