Nijmegen has a rich history, traces of which can be found all around the city. The oldest city in the Netherlands is home to many special buildings, including the Belvedere Tower and St. Martin's Chapel. The vibrant city also has a lot to offer in terms of culture. There are many venues, theatres and interesting museums, for instance the Anatomical Museum, the Museum Valkhof or the MuZIEum. Many events are also organised at the Goffertpark each year. The famous Nijmegen Annual Four Day Walking Event is held each summer, attracting keen ramblers and visitors from all around the world.
Hotel Restaurant Rozenhof is the perfect base from which to explore Nijmegen, or the beautiful countryside surrounding the city, such as the Veluwe and the vast woods near Groesbeek. Hotel Restaurant Rozenhof is located on the outskirts of a lively city that has lots to offer. In the centre of Nijmegen are many monuments, such as the City Hall, Waag (old weighing house) and St. Stevens Church. For shoppers, Nijmegen offers many shops and boutiques. If you prefer to visit a more quiet place, you can go to the beautiful nature areas surrounding Nijmegen. Charming walking and cycling paths run across the Groesbeek woods, the hills of Berg en Dal and the Veluwe National Park. Other great places, such as Arnhem, Utrecht and Apeldoorn are also easy to get to from Nijmegen.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:30 on weekdays, and from 08:00 until 10:30 at weekends. By prior arrangement, an earlier breakfast is also possible. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner between 12:00 and 21:30. The menu offers many different dishes that are prepared using the best ingredients. The bar is open daily between 12:00 and 23:00. When weather permits, you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner on the lovely garden terrace.

gezellig kleinschalig hotel. Prima voorziening, voor een weekend. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt Goed bereikbaar, voldoende parkeergelegenheid en geschikt om per OV te reizen.
geen lift naar de kamers, veel vloerbedekking en verouderd. Parkeren aan de overzijde van de weg. Wel voldoende plek en gratis

Hotel had a nice terrace. And it's close to university.
The room was very small and the door was not sound proof at all. I woke up several times during the night for people who just passed by waking without even making any disturbing noise.The food in the restaurant was ok but rather on the price/quality was not the best. I waited more then 30mins for my drink, then an hour extra for my meal. I didn't feel welcomed by the staff. I felt like I was "extra work". I understand being busy, but combined to arrogance it gave a unpleasant feelin

This is an excellent hotel / restaurant, quiet and clean rooms of good size, good breakfast and convenient to Nijmegen.
