The small city of Ninove is a good base from which to explore tourist regions such as Scheldeland, the Flemish Ardennes, the green belt of Flemish Brabant and Pajottenland. You'll encounter many historic buildings in Ninove's city centre including the 'Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Hemelvaart Church' and the 'Hospitaal Church'. Lovers of nature will certainly enjoy a walk through the Neigembos woods or you can take a leisurely boat trip across the river Dender. Walking, mountain biking or horse riding are all possible in the vicinity; and the cities of Brussels and Ghent can easily be reached from Hotel de Croone.

Food and Drink

Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 until 09:30, and at weekends from 07:00 until 10:00.The bistro-bar offers a choice of dishes from the bistro menu, which changes on a weekly basis, or you can order the daily special. The more extensive menu is updated each month with new gastronomic delights. It's also possible to savour a nice drink on the outdoor terrace on sunny days. Lunch is served from 11:00 until 14:00. The bistro is closed for lunch on Monday and Saturday. Dinner is served throughout the entire week from 18:00 until 22:00. The bar is open daily, where you can enjoy a drink between 10:00 and 22:00, and from 14:00 on Sunday and Monday.
