Hotel
Hotel de Koningshof lies at a mere 150 metres from the beach. All rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, television, safe, telephone, WiFi and a minibar. Besides a bar the hotel has an outside terrace and offers free parking to its guests.
Noordwijk is conveniently located between Den Haag and Amsterdam. Public transport in the area is excellent, providing ample access to many cities. By bus one can easily reach the hotel from train station Leiden Centraal. Besides the well-established reputation as seaside resort Noordwijk houses the largest department of ESA (European Space Agency ). In 'Space Expo', the visitors centre of ESA, one can find an interactive exhibition about space travel. In Noordwijk one also has the chance to practice many sports, under which are sailing, golfing and horseback riding along the dunes and beach. Those who enjoy hiking and biking can indulge in a visit to the dunes nearby or the 'Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen', a nature reserve.
Surroundings
Noordwijk is a popular seaside resort in the province of Zuid-Holland. The surroundings are characterized by dunes and the beach. North of the village are cities such as Haarlem and Amsterdam, which can be easily reached by public transport.
Food and Drink
In the breakfast room one can enjoy a breakfast every morning between 08:30 and 10:00 h. The breakfast is partially served at the table and there is a buffet as well.Hotel de Koningshof does not have its own restaurant but in the vicinity there are several restaurants.

only cold soda and alcoholic beverages in the room. to be completed by fruitjuice and hot beverages tea and coffee.

Nice modern interior and friendly staff. The breakfast is ok. A stable 3 star hotel.

Very nice quaint hotel close to the centre of town.
Single room very small with separate bathroom down the corridor - not ideal but was forewarned about this.

The hygiene/cleaning service is so dutiful, that it knockes repeatedly at one's door and excuses for disturbing, until you rather leave :-)) But it is OK, they don't want to disturb you,

Personally owned and run hotel by a modern young pleasant couple. Very comfortable studio, and quiet. Hotel in excellent position - very close to dunes and beach, and easily walkable into town centre. Storage for bicycles.
