Hotel Lunia Oldeberkoop is a small-scale, charming and stylish hotel in a characteristic building in the middle of the Frisian countryside. Hotel Lunia's classic interior honours the historic character of this 19th century building. All rooms come with a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The hotel has a garden and a patio where you can enjoy the quiet nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Hotel Lunia has two meeting rooms furnished in an modern style, set up as a boardroom. The room can seat 26 people and has all necessary conference facilities. You can hold a meeting in a quiet and presentable environment. Enjoy the rustic and natural surroundings, or play tennis on the tennis courts. You can also hire bikes at reception to explore the hotel's woody vicinity. Guests can make use of the sauna and boule in the garden. Surroundings
Hotel Lunia lies in south-east Friesland in Oldeberkoop, a small village between two streams. Various cycling, walking and driving routes pass through Oldeberkoop. You can also visit the Drents-Friese Wold, a large stretch of woods with heaths and sand drifts, which is only a few kilometres away from the hotel. Or you can visit the De Weerribben national park, one of the most important marshes in Europe, where you can explore the area's abundance of nature by boat.
Food and Drink
Guests can enjoy breakfast on weekdays from 07:00 until 09:30, and at weekends from 07:30 until 10:00. Hotel Lunia has an excellent à la carte restaurant, mainly serving French-Dutch cuisine. The restaurant's attractive ambience is a lovely place to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. The menu changes with the seasons, staying refreshing and surprising.
