Hotel Erve Hulsbeek lies amidst 560 acres of woods, heathlands, swimming spots, and fish ponds. The hotel has an atmospheric restaurant with a large sun terrace offering a view of the garden and pond. The hotel lies on the estate of Hulsbeek, which provides plenty of activities for guests of all ages. During nice weather, it's lovely to sit on the sandy beach by the swimming lake.
The spacious rooms come with a large bed measuring 180 x 210 cm, a flatscreen television, a sitting area, a desk, and free WiFi. All rooms come with a half-open bathroom with a separate toilet. The deluxe rooms are situated on the ground floor and have folding doors leading out onto the covered terrace.
Surroundings
All sorts of activities are possible on the estate of Het Hulsbeek including swimming, cycling, walking, mountain biking, and even quad biking. A trip to the city of Oldenzaal is also well worth doing. Climb the Basilica of St Plechelm; Europe's largest bell chamber, or take a look in the historic museum of Palthehuis. The centre of Oldenzaal is nearby, and Enschede and Hengelo are also easy to get to.
Food and Drink
An extensive breakfast buffet is available Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 until 10:00.The restaurant with a terrace is open daily for food and drinks. Dinner reservations are to be made in advance. And what's more, anything is possible: from an intimate dinner to a hot or cold buffet for groups.
