Amazing value and a lovely hotel

The room was great - I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony that over looked fields and streams. I slept really well there was no noise, the bed was comfy and my room had a sofa and desk. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good powerful. The location was fine, a bit out of town I got a bus there (it stops outside) then hired a bike from the hotel for the rest of my stay. It only took 10-15 mins to ride back into town.

Very comfortable and friendly- couple of small issues but recommended!

We checked in after a late flight to find no room service available - not a problem though as we ordered food from elsewhere which the hotel allowed to our room without any problem. Friendly staff, nice decor, comfortable atmosphere and free tea and coffee!

Curtains in our room were badly stained at the bottom from coffee/tea spillage. Complimentary soap/shampoo was nicely presented but utterly useless - they were presented in plastic 'drink can' style containers but it was practically impossible to get any soap out of them! Breakfast was from 7.30 - 11. When we arrived just after 10am, the cooked meats (sausages and bacon) were cold and unpallatable.

Nice and quiet location, close to Rotterdam Center and the Hague. No hinder from the airport, on site parking lot f.o.c., free internet access.

Decent hotel for 1 night

unique hotel decor - very orange (national color). Good food, service and comfortable.

room service charge was over 8 Euros!!! Most I've every paid. The doors slams shut very hard and loud. It wakes you up every time someone shuts their door.

Simply superb. My home after home.

At least there should be one public terminal with printer attached to it which can be placed somewhere in the lobby that can be accessible to everyone who stays in the hotel

We found the modern interior of our room very pleasing,comfortable and very clean .The bed was so comfortable I actually took the mattress cover off to see who it was made by so we could buy one ourselves It was lovely to have a hot shower -tepid is the norm here in England.The staff were helpful and polite.We found the food a little expensive but that was due to the poor exchange rate And finally my partner enjoyed some of the TV channels that we do nt get at home!
