The stylish Hotel Emma lies in a unique place in the vibrant centre of Rotterdam. Hotel Emma's modern and pleasant décor invites you to enjoy an extensive breakfast in the breakfast room, or rather more spectacularly, on the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the skyline of this metropolitan city. Surroundings
Thanks to Hotel Emma's incredibly central location, all of Rotterdam's major attractions - think cultural, culinary, business and tourist - can be found within walking distance. Including the Boijmans van Beuningen Museum, which houses famous artworks by Rembrandt, Dali and Picasso. Metro, trams and bus links stop directly in front of the door, and Rotterdam Central Station is a 7-minute walk away. If you're looking for something a little different, you can order a water taxi and step on board at one of the many boarding areas along the River Maas. You can opt between a super speedy Maas Taxi and, for those who aren't in a hurry, the classic water taxi.

A varied breakfast buffet is available between 07:00 and 10:30. You'll find many nice restaurants in the nearby Witte de Withstraat, and the city's nightlife area is also within walking distance.

The location is excellent, just a 10 min. walk from the station, very close to the famous museum Boijmans van Beuningen and a short walk to the harbour front. The rooms are tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean Breakfast is fine, fresh bread and lovely croissants, good tea and coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay again.

The location is very good and in walking distance of all the interesting places to go. The staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are big, well maintained with a lovely en-suite bathroom. In the morning a breakfast is provided in a spacious eating area with many different foods and drinks to choose from. A roof terrace is a nice feature to get a good view of Rotterdam.

Its a pretty average basic hotel, a bit tired looking to be honest.
Avoid the very noisy 'street side' rooms particularly in summer. As there is no aircon, you have to keep the windows open and ceiling fans on. I know aircon is not enviro-freindly but in this instance you really need it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location also, quite near to Rotterdam Centraal.
To provide something fresh (tomatos, cucumber, etc) too for breakfast would be a good idea. ;)

I arrived at the hotel to a wonderful greeting and very friendly and helpful staff. The location was spot on, the room service/cleaning was very good. Breakfast was fantastic, a nice varied amount to choose from and I ate well. Room size was as I expected it to be for a single room and the bathroom was spacious.
My only minus point and this was no huge deal was the matteress was too soft, but I still managed to sleep ok.

Great breakfast, superb location. If you like to have a drink in the local bar before head to sleep, this is the place.
Might be a bit noisy in the night. Shower is old but sufficient.

The room is quite clean and comfortable. The hotel is also located at the city centre.
1.There were too many mosquitoes in the room. Kept me up all night.
2.Excpet the gentleman in big beard and mustache, everyone else is quite rude and unpleasant.
3. On the weekend, kids are running and shouting on the hall way until very late. Very noisy but no one was stopping them.
