Friendly staff and excellent service ensure a wonderful stay in Hilton Rotterdam. Its central location in the theatre district makes this an ideal hotel for exploring the city. Restaurant JAQ offers an all-day dining concept with surprising dishes in a stylish setting. Enjoy classic cocktails, local beers and appetizers in the atmospheric bar. The sunny terrace is open in the summer.
All rooms are spacious and modern, with facilities such as a television, WiFi, air conditioning, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, slippers and bathrobes. The bathrooms come with a bath and/or spacious walk-in shower.
The Executive Rooms are situated on the upper floors and offer a Nespresso machine and a pillow menu. Access to the Executive Lounge is included. Here you can enjoy breakfast, drinks and snacks served from 18:00 until 22:00, alcoholic beverages are also available. Stay fit in the hotel's modern gym, which is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Surroundings
Hilton Rotterdam is situated right next to the shopping streets of the Lijnbaan, Koopgoot, Kruiskade, an ideal shopping area. Culture lovers will appreciate the city's theatre district where you'll find De Doelen, Schouwburg, a large cinema complex, and the famous Oude Luxor. The hotel is situated opposite the metro stop Stadhuisplein and the tram stop Weena. Rotterdam Central Station is a 5-minute walk away. A 10-minute metro ride will take you to the Ahoy and it's a 15-minute drive to Rotterdam–The Hague Airport.

The trendy restaurant JAQ combines cosy dining in an informal setting. All dishes are available to order throughout the day, and are created to share and enjoy together. The dishes are pure, fair and made to a high standard. Sit down in JAQ's atmospheric bar, decorated with street art, velvet touches and a bit of bling. Here you can enjoy cocktails, a tasty beer, and bar snacks. Next to JAQ you will find Michelin-star restaurant Joelia by Mario de Ridder and restaurant TIWYA.
The restaurant welcomes you for breakfast, on weekdays available from 06:30 until 10:45, and at weekends from 07:00 until 10:45. The healthy, fresh and extensive breakfast is served as a buffet, while a chef works his magic with egg dishes, pancakes and waffles at the live cooking station.

The room had all in one, no need to ask for any assistance. Beds were very confortable.
Roomservice was offered for selected items 24 7, but at 23 00h, only a salad and soup were available. the check out the front office employee canceled the bill. This was handled great.
“My tip: The hotel is located in the middle of Rotterdam and has everything within 300 m. Shopping, food, bars, taxi, public transport... Great location, nice city. I would definitive ho back. ”

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice lounge, perfect location.
Some little things wrong with details in design of the room (flush behind toilet seat, hooks are blocked by telephone,..).

Location is very central, easy to walk around to local nightlife and accessible to bus, tram and metro links to tourist sites. Hotel staff are friendly. executive lounge is relaxing and comes with complimentary snacks and beverages.

The bed was SUPER comfy. I loved that there was a teapot and coffee maker in the room. The internet was fast.
I wanted/expected a bathtub. There was NO bathtub, which was extremely disappointing considering how expensive the place was. Also, not ok that I had to pay extra for internet.

Was over for the Rotterdam Marathon 2012. Could'nt have stead at a better place. Hotel was super, getting an up grade at the moment but seen very little work as the floors that are been worked on are closed. The new rooms were very nice. We had pre race dinner in the hotel which was amazing, and the head waiter whose name i cant recall was a delight. I'd have no problem at all staying in this hotel again. 10/10

We reserved the Hilton Rotterdam by "Hot deal" price which is not included breackfast, but breakfast was included! We could check our staying by the HHonors website and it was useful for us.
Not near the Rotterdam centraal station.

the room that what first proposed was unacceptable (5 floor, ex smoking floor), bad smell, dirty, dirty spots on chair, old bathroom. Shame on Hilton.
