Hotel de Weyman Santpoort-Noord has been completely renovated in 2004. Since then, all of the 20 stylish rooms have an exquisitely furnished bathroom with a bath or shower, toilet, and bathrobe. The rooms are equipped with a direct-dial telephone, television, free coffee and tea making facilities, a desk, and a wireless Internet connection.
The hotel staff has made it its goal to make guests' feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. Personal service and attention are the main priorities of this hotel. The hotel does not have fixed times for breakfast, which means that guests can sleep in as long as they want. During the summer guests can have breakfast on the outdoor terrace as well. A bed for the night!
The manager/concierge was like Basil Fawlty, no idea about client service, really quite rude.
Cluttered room and very tired brushed cotton sheets.
Failed to provide the simplest request for room service which was for hot water and cold milk for tea and delivered hot milk.
