Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location.
Quite expensive rates and have to pay extra for breakfast which is also very expensive. We went out for breakfast which was much better value for money.

Staff responsible for cleaning the room could not have been more efficient and several other staff were positive and helpful
Several of the Reception staff were brusque to the point of rudeness.
The lift failed several times forcing my wife to descend and climb five floors and at one stage de facto imprisonning her in our room for several hours.
