The staff was friendly and prompt.
The mattresses kept falling off the box spring on ours and our daughter s bed. They were also very uncomfortable. Little did we know dinner is NOT served on Mondays. Had to pay for coffee and tea. The shower did not work. Even though the view is great it is NOT worth the amount paid for.

All of the staff at this hotel were wonderful. I cannot say enough about the young man who helped us find our way to the airport and the young woman who had to come to our room in the evening because the shower drain was all clogged up when we arrived. Cleaning staff was also very nice and attentive to our needs. Even though the drain was overlooked, which would have been difficult to see unless someone actually took it off. It looked like possibly the people before us may have given their
Some construction at a neighboring home right outside the window next to our room, but certainly no fault of the hotel. A toaster to toast the yummy breakfast bread would have been nice too.
“My tip: Walk around the Hague it has a nice European feel and eat at La Passione. Excellent Italian food and wonderful staff. Stay in the rooms in the newer side of the Hotel because I believe they are more updated than the room we stayed at in the building annex. Van Gogh museum also in Amsterdam.”

Awesome Location, very friendly staff.
Should consider offering lunch and dinner. A lift would also help people with movement difficulties.
“My tip: Must visit SeaLife and other very nice restaurants along the beachfront!”

nice location right at the beach promenade. Quiet and clean room. Good (soft) mattresses, decent breakfast. Friendly staff.
The location comes at a premium! It's an expensive hotel for what ultimately is a relatively basic 3 star hotel, with small rooms, a slightly shabby interior and a simple (but acceptable) breakfast. Only with great weather the price may be justiable (which we obviously didn't have). The conservatory may have been something special 50 years ago, but in this age, some upgrading/make-over would be appropriate. The hotel does not have a lift.
“My tip: Safer option: Book a hotel in the city centre of Den Haag, and go to the beach when the weather is good. ”

Extremely helpful staff. Convenient access to transit. Very good breakfast.
No elevator is inconvenient if you have oversize or heavy bags.

This is a lovely hotel by the sea. Everything about it (and the surrounding areas) made for a perfect vacation.
There is no elevator, so some guests might have difficulty with the stairs. The wireless internet did not reach our room (though a wire connection was available for a laptop).

Lovely large room hotel upgraded us to a quad. Lovely friendly staff
“My tip: Car parking now more difficult with the changes to the seafront”

the staff is very very friendly and helpful. lovely stay, thank you so much
I only gave the hotel 8 for the hygene as the toilet in the room was not very clean on the top of the bowl and around the seat
“My tip: You will like the hotel. It is literally located on the beach. The staff is fantastically friendly and helpful. There are so many nice restaurants along the cost line on the beach. If you are lucky with the weather you will absolutely love the Hague cost and the whole experience”
