The Westerschelde is a busy shipping route to Antwerp. The outdoor terrace of Churchill Hotel Terneuzen offers a magnificent view of this waterway. A short walk along the Scheldedijk will lead you to Terneuzen's centre.

Surroundings
The surroundings of Churchill Hotel Terneuzen offer plenty of opportunities for sporty guests: with several 18-hole golf courses nearby and an indoor ski centre, which is just 5 km away. The Scheldorado leisure pool is situated next-door. The hotel is also a great base for enjoying bike rides through Zeeland Flanders, or a trip to the Flemish cities of Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges.
Food and Drink
A continental breakfast buffet is served on Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 07:30 until 10:30. The charming sun lounge restaurant Rosaura offers a magnificent view of the Westerschelde waterway. Various à la carte, regional and seasonal dishes are served here, as well as a standard menu. The kitchen is open daily from 18:00 until around 21:30. The hotel bar and brasserie is open throughout the day for drinks or a cup of coffee. A select menu is available from 12:00 until 17:00.
From November 7, 2021, the restaurant will be closed every Sunday from 10:30 am. Guests who book a dinner package with a Sunday as arrival day will receive dinner on the 2nd day.

Children/extra beds: The Twin Room and Comfort Room are suitable for a maximum of two persons. Please book a Family Room if you are staying with three or four persons. An upgrade to a Family Room can be arranged on request.

You can see hotel is several years old in common part.
During the night a lot of noice from water, probebly from swimming pool installation or water threatment installation.
It was several hours.
Rooms & sanitary are hygienic

Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Bar area, dining room and veranda are first class and very comfortable.
Room (top floor) was very hot with only a fan on ceiling. Maybe in future the hotel could invest in good air conditioning.
Alcoholic measures could have been stronger.

you smell the swimming pool up til the thrid floor (fortuantely not in the room). And the stairs to the swimming pool are really dirty. the rest is great.

Vriendelijk personeel, servicegericht, kwaliteit van het restaurant.
Uitzicht Westerschelde vanuit kamer enigszins beperkt, toch toeslag prijs?
Aandacht voor goed en juistschoonmaakonderhoud: strepen op glas in badkamer duiden op teveel schoonmaakmiddel en op onvolledig uitvoeren werkzaamheden.

beautiful warm swimming pool, open till 11 at night. Very pleasant staff and warm atmosphere
Paid an extra 10 euros for a harbour view, but it was still half over the carpark and not spectacular. The hotel, although located right on the beach, is not really situated in a very interesting setting from the other side.

Excellent location, well equipped hotel, good breakfast. Would stay there again.
We were unable to stay in this hotel for our first night. Had to stay at the Hampshire City which not so well equipped or located. As we were arriving late this was very disappointing.

The breakfast is excellent, and the view from the dining area is very nice. The hotel is about 1.5 KM from the Centrum, and the walking path on top of the dyke makes the trip very pleasent.
The bed spred and pillows had soil spots on them. One day the maids simply left the dirty towels in a pile on the floor.Although the Chirchell Apartments have nice balconeys overlooking the water, the hotel is located on the side of the building. We had a nice view of the gas station next door.
