Perfect Room with all the amenities, located in a nice neighborhood in Utrecht Centrum. Perfect location close to great cafes, restaurants and bars Staff was friendly and hotel was beautiful.

The hotel was super clean and felt kind of like a large house. There were bikes available for rent and the location is gorgeous.

Disappointing room but friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

The room was very poor and not at all like the pictures on the website - very small, bad mattress, terrible sheets and smelly bathroom. I was very disappointed, specially for that price.

Really nice hotel. Beds are quite comfortable. The area is quite calm.

Maybe a bit too far from the center, but the bus stop is very close.

Overpriced & noisy hotel

Noisy hotel because walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everyone next to you and above you moving about, coughing, talking. When your neighbor flushes the toilet not only do you hear it but you hear it running for 10 minutes. Not a good night sleep. Poor concierge service/bike rental assistance.

Closet too short to hold my dress, the bottom sheet of the bed not straightened by the person who makes the bed ( I had to remake it myself), for 3 star somewhat modest... but I am not looking for 3 stars- it happened to be the only available hotel that was somewhat reasonably priced

Fine for a brief one night stay - if you cannot get in anywhere else

Friendly staff and a clean room - very comfortable bed.

It is described as a 4 star but I suspect that in the UK it would struggle to reach 3. The rooms are fine, although the furniture is pretty old and it shows, but the bar area is tiny and wasn't open and the self service breakfast is so basic and overpriced that I went to a a local cafe instead. The only communal area are some seats at reception.

Quality of the breakfast not so high. Many things to choose, but the quality of the items could definitely be better as it is a 4-star hotel. Breakfast restaurant is a little small.

Quiet/friendly hotel on outskirts of Utrecht

Nice room, large windows. Good clean bedding and comfortable bed. BAthroom recently re-furbished, clean and spacious. Nice to have bath and a shower. Good breakfast. Nice area of town, quiet and on bus route. Nice friendly staff on reception.

Decor slightly old in room. Hotel quite a way from main town. Walkable only if fit. Slightly disorganised at breakfast on the Monday morning, many items not available for a while.

Housekeeping was not of the best, tumblers & bathroom requisites were not always replaced . Dirty cups etc. were not removed general tidying of the room was hit & miss. Breakfast was adequate but boring

An excellent Hotel

This Hotel was first class, very comfortable and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very reasonably priced and an excellent breakfast was included. Location was great as we wanted to be near the university but also easy to walk into the city.

Comfortable and efficient boutique hotel

The internet connection is very reliable. The upper room had a very nice view. The staff are very helpful, efficient and unobtrusive.The dining room is pleasant looking into a garden and the breakfast is excellent.The ambiance in the lobby is good - the books are a nice touch, as is the bar and availability of tea, coffee etc. We would definitely return here again
