Hotel
Hotel Mitland Utrecht is located at the outskirts of the city of Utrecht and close to one of the exits of the motorway A27, which makes the hotel very easy to reach by car. The city centre and the Jaarbeursplein are only a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is located in a quiet park and offers a magnificent view of the old fort De Bilt. During your stay you can relax in quiet surroundings at just a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The hotel offers its guests comfortable rooms that all have a tasteful decoration. The rooms are divided into different categories such as standard and luxury rooms and familyrooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bath and separate shower, toilet, telephone, safe and minibar. The luxury rooms are a bit more spacious than the standard rooms and have a separate sitting area.
Hotel Mitland is the only hotel in Utrecht that has an indoor pool. As a guest of the hotel you can use this free of charge, as well as the fitness and sauna. The whirlpool and solarium are accessible for a small fee each time. The whirlpool costs €3.85 each time and the sunbed costs €10.00 each time. Food and Drink
In the hotel you can visit the restaurant, which overlooks the water and the fort De Bilt. In the morning, an extensive breakfast buffet is served in this cosy restaurant. You can also enjoy a lovely lunch or a romantic à la carte dinner here. For a more basic meal you can go to the trendy Bistro. The hotel is also fitted with a hotel bar, Café Forte, where you can have a drink while enjoying the friendly atmosphere and looking out onto fort the Bilt. In the summer months, when the Dutch weather permits, you can enjoy your drink on the outside terrace.

Very nice hotel in quiet area (park) but still close to Utrecht city center. Very good breakfast buffet.

The hotel employs very friendly staff. In addition, the hotel offered a decent breakfast and the diner card was also good. even during Corona times, the hotel was properly organized to offer a lovely stay. We even had a private pool two times per reservation. Our Romantic suite was top notch with all facilities and comfort needed. Especially the large bath. We walked to the city center (25 min) or we took an easy bus.
Breakfast package was a bit oversized as such we think some will be wasted immediately. I would size down the breakfast package and replace by higher quality products.
